This store is always well organized and the employees are always willing to help. When you see them they greet you and ask if you need help finding anything.

This trip to the Home Depot store was quite a bit better than the last three that I have had. This might be because I came in before 5 PM and there were employees there. I do not recommend going in after 5 PM if you’re looking for customer service. The store was a little cleaner and I received service in 10 minutes instead of 30-45 minutes.

Went to the store to get concrete, I asked somebody in building materials to help me. They informed me that he was helping another customer, which I thought was great. They never showed back up to help me after 30 minutes. They had the isles in front of the pro desk all blocked off and barricaded with cages. You couldn’t even get to the checkout stand. I spent over a hour in the store to check out and to get loaded. They are poorly understaffed and most of them act like it’s a big problem when you ask for help.

My delivery didn’t show on 1/31 as scheduled. I hadn’t heard anything from the store and had to call literally all day to get answers. I was promised next day delivery. That evening at 8pm I was told my delivery would be missing my closet doors but they would come Monday and everything else is coming tomorrow. The following day, despite my request for a window of time for delivery, none could be provided. When I asked for an hour notice for delivery, I received 25 minutes. My front and back doors were listed on the delivery confirmation but not on the truck. I called the store, the delivery drivers left them in the loading zone. All in all awful horrible unorganized service.

It’s jest really hard to shop in a store that is not staffed appropriately for the customers. It’s like this store “2207” is getting worst and worst. Have to wait to checkout of over 5 minutes is unacceptable, they should have more the one employee running the whole front end. This is becoming then norm here and not sure why either. I hope they start to improve their customer service skills.

I wasn't able to find the shelving I needed. I asked as the Customer Service Desk and the directed me right to them. The clerk came out from behind the desk and showed me where I need to go.

The associates were friendly and helpful. I needed Melamine boards and to get them cut down to the size I needed. The other two stores had what I was looking for, but would not cut my boards for me whatsoever! I was thrilled when Home Depot said that they could cut them, since I don't own a table saw! They had wonderful saws and associate Jesse, cut all the boards exactly as I needed them to be done. Made my day to get it handled! I highly recommend the helpfulness I received!

We always find the Topeka store friendly and helpful in making product selection. They offer a good assortment of products and are reasonable priced.

Love to walk the store looking for new items. Store associates are always helpful.

The only way to check out on my last visit was self-checkout and the line was 15 people. No real person...PATHETIC!

I received all the help I needed. Things were priced competitively, the service I received was fast, friendly and the staff was knowledgeable.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Clean, well organized store. Many sales associates available to provide assistance. Thanks to them, we were able to find what we wanted. Workers there were friendly, knowledgeable, went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied customers. They did it with a smile, and we left this store feeling like the most important people in there! This Home Depot store is takes customer satisfaction seriously!!! Two thumbs up!

The Home Depot is the perfect example of a well stocked, well run hardware/lumber yard. They sell everything for the DIYer to the profesional. Thank you for serving us!

Went in after work to shop for things and ask an employee down plumbing for a cart for a hot water tank and she pointed her finger to the front of the store and said “up there”. If you go in there after 4pm, you jest as well come the next day. You won’t find out going employees to go out of there way to help you! And if you do find one to help they can’t help you and go to get someone and never come back! One this visit if they have a - 3 stars they would get it! There was carts all over the store but they had store stock on them and they was in all the ails so you couldn’t even get your cart down there to shop even if you could find one to shop with! The stuff I needed to get was plugged you with carts with stuff on them, so no I could not find products I was looking for easily. Carts everywhere with stuff on them, so no the store wasn’t clean.

You need to keep at least one person at the check out and not force people to self check out .

Isaac was in appliances was amazing! Very polite, well mannered, professional, and so much more!! I wish there were more people like Isaac in stores. He knew what he was talking about and offered many useful suggestions that I never took into consideration. I was very pleased with his efforts and manners, please continue to hire people like this brilliant young man!!

I recently purchased a home here on the Kansas Prairie so I began driving the 30 plus miles each way to Topeka for my Home Improvement needs. Each time I've visited this store, I've had employees go out of their way to make sure I got what I was looking for. So I make this store my Home Store and make the drive. Thanks Home Depot, for hiring good people!

While we have always in the past received the best of service from the Topeka, Kansas store, our last major purchase of siding and windows installed by the "new" services offered thru Home Depot and finalized in 12/2018 is the worst of experiences. HD was immediately notified of incorrect installation of siding where siding was not installed on full structure of one side, and then within a few months the siding on another side has warped badly. Reveal or lap of boards not consistent on overall installation. We are approaching almost a year later with no final resolution or repair of the work. Having been informed HD is no longer providing siding installation services and HD is still, according to phone call to warranty department still working on getting a warranty crew assembled to handle warranty repair work we were told we could contact our own contractor, get estimates, and HD would pay cost of another contractor doing the warranty repair. Based on new contractor inspection to do the work properly - one wall is a complete tear off, the other full wall, a partial tear off, or full tear off to correct defects in workmanship. We have spent a large sum of money over past 10 years of full interior/exterior renovation of our home purchasing lumber, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, light fixtures, paint, tools, etc. close to 85K - we are not satisfied with this last project or the resolution as of 9/2019.

The people at the online order counter are always very helpful.

The associates at the paint desk were friendly, helpful, and patient as we learned about/shopped for house paint.
