The Trussville store has friendly and knowledgeable employees that are availabe and make Home Depot standout against your competition.

I had a great experience here on two days in a row when multiple employees stopped and asked if I needed help to find something and then actually took me to the aisle instead of just telling me the number or pointing me in a direction.

Very nice and helpful staff. Organized store and with clean bathrooms.

The employees at the Home Depot are very knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to help you. They also offer a ten percent discount to Veterans which is commendable of this business. They have a great selection and great inventory of various merchandise and tools.

I had an extremely poor delivery order experience with this location. I needed some large items that I could not fit in my vehicle delivered along with some other items that I needed. I received a delivery of everything but the large items. The truck driver said they would be on another truck. I called the next day to see when I would receive the rest of my order. They showed my order as completed. They had to review the pictures of the delivery to see I was missing part of my order. I was told they would schedule another delivery and confirm with me. I heard nothing for over a week. I called back, and nothing had been done to reschedule my order. They agreed to refund the missing part of the order but would not adjust the delivery fee. I would not this poorly run store handle another delivery.

Dodd helped me back in the tile department and had only been with them for 6mo. but, was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Shannon in countertop dept. as well. Vivian rang me up and went out of her way to get someone to help me load my tile. Thank you Home Depot for hiring them and their great service!

Items were in stock and checkout was easy.

I just want to praise Yvonne! She did a fantastic job. I walked in to buy a specific washer. She knew that model was back ordered. She got me setup with the next model up, checked out, delivery scheduled, and SO much more in 15 minutes! She was awesome. In general, the store has friendly associates. I can usually find what I need or ask someone where or what to get.

The Trussville, AL Home Depot store has an amazing staff that offers excellent customer service! My husband and I are in the middle of a home reno, and I have not gone into the store once and they haven't gone above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Great Job, Trussville!
