Just bought a refrigerator at this store and had the best experience. Sales lady went above and beyond to ensure my whole experience was pleasant, efficient and professional, even getting me a buggy and sanitizing it before giving it to me. The employees that helped me open a pro account also went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied and understood everything. Excellent customer service, plenty of products to choose from and just a pleasant experience all the way around. I highly recommend this Home Depot store.

Great experience. Manager priced matched with no hesitation at all. Guy in tools had very comprehensive knowledge on what I was there to buy. Keke specifically was great to deal with. I hate that they're so far from where I live. GREAT STORE!

I seldom write reviews but I have had such wonderful experiences with this store I thought I would do one. I have purchased a washer and dryer and a refrigerator from this store which is about 50 miles from my home. The delivery was wonderful I purchased on line after visiting several stores to determine the particular brand I wanted. It was easy, the prices were excellent , the delivery and installation was done quickly and efficiently. I have also purchased from the garden shop and the lighting departments. Every transaction had been positive

Bought needed items last week and had great customer service! Two employees helped me find my items. Shatonja helped me check out at the self check out even though I could have done it but she was so friendly and helpful I appreciated her help. She went above and beyond! Thanks!

Customer service is always great!!

Last week I had a bad experience at this store. And I gave a bad review. So, when I have a GOOD experience I feel I should give a good review. But, it wasn't a good experience, it was a GREAT experience. Jim in Plumbing went out if his way to make sure I had the correct parts I needed while saving me money at the same time. Thank you Jim. Usually have good shopping experiences here. However, this particular visit during the Christmas shopping season there were NO cashier's at the registers! Only thing open were self checkouts. I'm sorry, I don't work for Home Depot nor do I get a discount for checking myself out. When I explained to one of the ladies I didn't like self checkout the other associate just rolled her eyes. I know this may seem petty but I think real employees should assist or at least give me a 10 or 15% discount to do their job. Thank you.

This store was Marvelous

I go to Home Depot on a fairly regular basis. This particular time I was "sent" to take care of many needs for a home remodeling. By the time I left, I felt almost like an expert and very confident. It was a first and I really liked it!

Outstanding customer service today in the garden department. Everyone working there said hello and had a smile on their face! Great place to get fresh greenery and real Christmas trees! They helped me take my purchases through the register line and then out to the car with a smile!!!

Had a super experience today. Really thankful to the associates who helped me find what I was looking for and gave me advice on how to achieve the results I want.

The product were easily found. The sales staff was very helpful. We were looking for a Storm Door! They had a good selection and we were a little confused. The gentleman was very helpful in finding a door that will be easy to install. We haven't installed the door yet but, here is hoping!!!!!
