Last night, I bought a bag of cement. When I got to checkout, it started raining hard. The staff helped me get the cement into a plastic bag to keep it from getting wet. This is typical of the staff at this store.

I was provided very friendly and fast service and given advice on the right products to purchase.

Wan helped me get a 3 pak of furnace filters down today that I needed. She really cares and does whatever she can to help customers get the help they need to take care of their needs. Exceptional customer service!!

I frequent this location due to its proximity, and as a small business owner it's convenient to have a store that has products stocked, plenty of help, and reasonable prices.

This store is so poorly run it should not even be in the Home Depot line. Stock is not present. Concrete bags are busted open and strewn about on top of the good bags. Online ordering is a joke. Help is non-existent.

I shop at the Norcross store often. Its convenient location allows me to check specs before purchasing. However the electrical specs were not available. Off grid electrical consumption is increasingly important.

I love this store. Whenever I can't find anything, the employees will actually take me to the item. Wow. I have saved sooo much time by shopping at this store. I really really like Home Depo. They carry everything. They also donated their mask supplies to the hospital during the hospitals shortage while battling Covid-19.

I have purchased numerous items at this location, mostly tools and equipment and on very few occasions am I displeased.

Briana in plumbing was extremely personable and knowledgeable about her department! She showed us exactly what we needed for our project!! We were very impressed?!!

Excellent customer service in the self checkout area. I made a mistake by scanning the wrong item and the associate cashier named Lissette, was very helpful and a wonderful representative of Home Depot!

I have lived in Tucker since before this Home Depot was built. It has been my goto destination for all things available at a Home Depot. Always friendly, well stocked and very convenient.

I was told that because I only purchased 3 bags of mulch, I had to load it myself. Then the employee became very rude when I said "What?" when he said something under his breath.

I was profiled as stealing by the representative jaylah or jailah for attempting to exchange tomato plants. Never will shop here again!

One of the store managers Mr William I’d pretty awesome the other manager her name is Yeosha she is the best!
