The store and the sales people are very helpful and my shopping experienced is outstanding because the sales and the merchandise indeed is just perfect for what I need at home...and also the customer's service here at home Depot is excellent and I'm very happy...

Went to Home Depot (Broadway/Pantano) to get some things for a project. A lady walked up to me and identified herself as a Home Depot employee. She asked if I would take a 30 second "water survey". It seemed a little odd, but I said "Okay". Finished the survey and she said I could qualify for a gift card since I did the survey. She asked for my contact info. I didn;t want to give out my information. She explained that they needed it to contact me in case I won the gift card. She promised several times that nobody else would contact me. "We do not share your information with anyone" so I gave in and gave her my information. Next day I found a missed call from HQW of AZ LLC on my caller ID, but no message. So I Googled the name, and it is a water company. I figured it had to do with the survey. A week later I have 14 calls from these people. I have the number blocked so it does not ring, but it shows the call. No message. Guess you do share my information after all. I submitted a review that was declined because I mentioned a competitor (I can accept that) and "inappropriate content", they did not like a comment. So, I will resubmit and see what happens, but so far they have not convinced me to shop there.

This Home Depot on Broadway near Pantano is my go to store even though Lowes is about the same distance. Employees always helpful and friendly. Door easy to find with slight assistance. Store is immaculate.

The store staff were wonderful adn helpful. They were able to help us of what we needed to buy.

We went in to purchase some roofing materials to reroof my home. We were directed by an employee to the area where we found our materials. When we began to load the shingles on to a cart, an employed of Home Depot offered to help. Of course, we accepted. Then, when it was loaded he helped us push the cart to the check out counter and then helped us find the nails and tar to complete our order, then pushed the cart to the truck where he helped us load the product into the car. I cannot immagine what he could have done more than he did and we went out extremely pleased with our choic of Home Depot.

VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES,LARISSA IS A VERY NICE CASHIER AND SO ARE THE OTHER EMPLOYEES AND VERY HELPFUL.

This is ALWAYS the first hardware store I check if I need anything.

This store is the best Home Depot in Tucson great service and has a lot of product available. All of the staff is amazing and has great customer service

I like that there are multiple entrances and exits to get to and from the store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Offer a variety of brands for you to choose from.

They have really good deals on air filters for HVAC systems and a huge selection of brands and quality levels.

when I need something & am not sure if is the right thing &how to use it there is always someone to help me out .

Store was completely in order,the associate that help us was great our experience was flawless and very quick , home Depot meet our needs . We got a great deal on our freezer and also free delivery . Will be back

the store have great and friendly staff every time that I go there. I like the garden a lot. They seem to at least try to keep their plants alive and healthy.

Helpful employees easy to find stuff usually in and out without hassle

Once again - failed on-line order. As has happened several times, I've ordered something on line that showed as in stock at that store & when the store called back to say they didn't have it, they made no effort to help out. I had to prod the employee to check another store. Which he did not. Instead, he told me when their shipment would arrive, which was of no help to me at all.

Easy to find an employee who can help me select product(s) I need for home projects.

This home depot store is like all stores not enough employees to assist you. Nothing out of the ordinary for home depot. Store is in a convenient location, and is set up like most home depot stores, so it easy to find things quickly.

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to assist customers.

30 minutes to get 3 customers thru gardening checkout. All the customer had to go find the prices on their items. Really disappointed.

Great store but can never find employee in areas where I need help. Seems I always have to go hunting for someone to help me.

Just would like to say that it's refreshing to get assistance from expert floaters in the different departments helping to show you where specific items are and answer questions regarding those items. I also had a wonderful experience with a check out person who helped locate a Tool department person to answer special questions and requirements necessary, and because it took some extra time, offered a discount when I was ready to check out. Their time helped me decide to purchase the correct tool for the job. Thank you Home Depot personnel.
