The problem with this store is that every time I need a specific product or help, no one seems to want to take the time to help me, except for one employee, and that is Tammy. She goes out of her way, and if she doesn't know about the product, she researches it.

I needed help finding a few things and every time I turned around, there was an employee to help.

Thank You Mel, the other day, helping sort out my smoke-detector/carbon-monoxide solution. Didn’t realize the newer product had a better attachment plate, so thanks for making me aware of it. Definitely a better product from previous models. Much easier installation. Lance Pazzaglia

Home Depot has always been my choice for my hardware needs. Excellent collections of project goodies and screw lady nuts bolts and wood products. So much to list. They have local people that can help u with projects as well as save u money. Cashiers r always friendly. Garden employees r very knowledagble about the plants they take care of. This store sucks. took 20 minutes to get somebody to help me after asking for help 3 times. The clerk was weak at best.

“Five Star” rating, never enough for the service, the thoughtfulness, kindness Nichol and Narayana provide. Need to UP your ‘Overall Rating’ scheme to at least Ten-Stars. Just a thought, reflective of your employees “thoughtfulness.” Just my thoughts, Lance Pazzaglia

We believe in Home Depot. Our issue today with telephone calls was incredibly awful. We want to repeat that Wendy (COS Ukiah) was wonderful, charming and solved our issue. Likewise, a Sharon Jenkins (Home Depot Measure Service) was equally wonderful and was the first who understood our situation and who referred Wendy to us. We are still going to be Ukiah Home Depot (8408) shoppers.

Mainly, help with a certain return or two of a complicated nature, you never question anything. Thank You, so much, your patience with everything. This store doesn't have very helpful employees, so expect to either track someone down for help or go it alone. The store is clean and just like other Home Depots in layout.

Thanks again John in plumbing department, helping me secure my plumbing order. You guys are very efficient and that helps me get through my shopping quicker and back to work. This could be the best Home Depot I've ever done business with in the past 30+ years. I always find myself getting superior service. This is more unusual than one would expect. A store to be proud of and no, I have no financial, employment or familial connection with Home Depot or this store.

#8408 under the leadership of Melissa Randall is a significant member of our community. This is especially true in the wake of the fires that destroyed so much property and put us in critical need of good value in construction materials. Ukiah is fortunate that Home Depot is here.
