The Union, NJ Home Depot demonstrates much patience during transactions. I am an elderly person that requires much assistance, so this location works for me.

I visited many Home Depot but this Home Depot definitely stands out. I spoke briefly with a young lady Chanene regarding an issue I was having with my appliance. Chanene went above and beyond helping me with my appliance giving me her direct number so I could get in contact if need be. She is the epitome of great Customer Service. Thank you Chanene and the Vauxhall Home Depot.

I forgot materials and Rosie keep them for me till next day,it happened 3 times and she always save me.

Doesn't matter what I type. No-one should ever expect anything from a Home Depot Store.

I had a limited budget to redo a bathroom and several employees helped pick tile, grout, trims, a vanity and toilet as well as the accessories needed for a bathroom. They helped to make the most impact and still have dollars to go back to the window treatment aisle to truly complete the project! Thank you Home Depot!

I was thankful that this Home Depot had knowledgeable sales associates who patiently, accurately and specifically guided me to 2 different places in the store where I eventually found what I was looking for.

My experience at this store was great. Employees are courteous, professional, patient and very kind. I will definitely buy at this store all the time. The customer service here does not compare with other stores.

I always find I get what I need from Home Depot. I needed spray paint to remove existing sprayed paint, a fence repair person to replace 2 sections of a fence and also received very good help with a house/deck brush scrubber and broom to wash aluminum siding. Another time, a few guys pulled a garden wheel barrel (color I wanted) off a high shelf with crane - it was a lot of time and work and i was happy always for customer service efforts.

Returned some products I purchased two weeks earlier, and was only credited a portion of the original price; bottom line, I got charged $1.15 for each of 4 tarps I purchased and returned, NOT THE FULL PRICE I PAID when I purchased them earlier!

Typically contractors (the "special" ones) who park their vans and trucks and go shopping, blocking the loading zone for others who do the right thing. Clearly, store manager has no interest to maintain a civilized zone when the "special" customers are not.

After Ida, Vauxhall Home Depot is looking good and are completely stocked and friendly customer service staff!

Most times I don't take a cart because I go in to pick up exactly what I need. Well... I really need to start using a cart. Beacuse I always see some useful tool or item I need. The cashier, Yvette was so accomadating because my hands we full. I was in and out in 8 mins.

I enjoy coming to shop in this home depot. The wait is never really long I usually always find what i need when i come here and now they added a little lunch truck in front of it with good options to choose from..

my home repairs products from home depot were simple and of great quality at considerate price.

I bought brass boiler drain valve, 12" and 14" heavy duty pipe wrench today. I'm glad I did.

The store was clean & the customer service was excellent!

locations of products easy to find ,always find the products that I'm looking for.yes able to get assistance when needed ,yes store is clean, associates are kind and friendly.

Co store manger is very helpful!!! Store has a lot of inventory!

Very pleasant and helpful employees. In this visit I found that I got help with the products I was looking and the cashier Ivette was really nice and helpful. Great expirience.

The store is always clean and well lit. The employees are about a 20/80. 20 percent of the time they are helpful and or friendly. Depending on the day or time I may or may not get the help I need ever. Even if I hunt one down. But when you are so used to subpar service, it becomes common place and that is sad. So when people go above and beyond. Or maybe when people are actually doing their job. Well then it stands out and VERY appreciated. One such person is Darlene. I have memories of her greeting us by the check out stands. I have seen her stop and ask "Can I help you find something", when I have that dumbfounded look and need help but haven't exhausted myself to ask for it. Most recently my wife and I went to the store to return an item for a different size. A younger woman saw us, looked away and didn't bother to say "one minute" or anything. After a couple minutes Darlene saw us not being helped. Did a speed walk jog our direction and said "I can get you at the other register". She listened to my problem, looked up the correct item, etc. Just pleasant. She smiled when she talked. My wife and I both told her how much we appreciated that behavior from her at work. That too many people have a poor attitude. She replied, "I'm sorry you have a had that experience, I love my job"! And well, it shows. So when we got our receipt we wanted to make the time to let Home Depot and everyone else know, WE the Customers that buy products at your stores. We notice! Darlene keep up the good work. You have no idea how many customers you saved for Home Depot. Thanks so much! The O'Ferrell's

Get a New Manager he was too busy on charging his phone rather than assisting customers...Please, please educate and retrain your employees on store knowledge as they do not know much about anything.. Loews emplyees know more.....

This store needs to hire more sales associates like Mikhail Khandros and the existing sales associates can learn from Mikhail Khandros. This associate deserves nothing but praise, a promotion and a raise.

Initially staff did not want to help find an item but once I was able to find someone willing to help, my experience changed for the better

classy store,hardworking people,well layed outs= store ,easy to find products,and most of all affordable.

Homedepot is one of my favorite places to go theyhave everythan the plant are so beutiful har to choose
