No customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even a HI

We were just unhappy about the lumber not being the size that was stated, It is just frustrating that now we have measure each piece of lumber we buy just to make sure it is correct,

I find that it is helpful to know which sales associates to ask for help if needed. Some seem to know less about where things are than the customer needing assistance. Others are spot on with helping one find what is needed.

Store was very clean and employees Sarah and Brian W were most helpful!

The store is usually tidy. The bins were well organized and everything was where I was told it was. The manager of the plumbing department has always been especially helpful in making sure that I get the right product for the right application. The associate in the electrical department always is helpful too. He often will help me to select the correct bulb for my application. Because Home Depot has such a large selection of items I go there often for other things as well such as nuts and bolts, paint, blinds, etc.

Fred was a great help when my light in my dining room stopped working. His knowledge of electric saved me from having to hire an electricain. Ethan was a great help with my fire safety questions because he is a volunteer firefighter.

Unless I'm mistaken, all the cashier lanes have become self checkout lanes which seems to indicate cashiers no longer have their jobs.

The two male employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. All most overly helpful because as a male customer , they did all the work for me.

Recently I was looking for Christmas Gift Items for my employees and was not realy finding what I wanted. I asked a Sales Associate in Tools, Izet, for assistance with my purchase. Izet went out of his way to assist me with selecting the gifts I was looking for, placing the Order and scheduling the delivery of the Gift Items. He was the most helpful, respectful and polite Sales Associate I have ever experienced at any of the Home Depots I've shopped at.

Michael in appliances was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient with us and took the time with us to show us the important features of the washer we were looking for. He asked us questions that helped guide our search for the right washer for us. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.

I went to Home Depot to purchase some kitchen appliances for my new home. It was a great shopping experience. The gentleman who served me was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to get me the things I needed at the best price and the best delivery date. I would defineatley recommend this store, it was clean, well set out so the products were easy to see.

This store always seems to have what we need at. A better price the. Other stores. One thing this store needs to work on is cleaning and being organized. The isles are always clogged up with stuff.

While the store is usually well stocked and clean, the customer service is lacking. Most times I'm ignored by staff. My last experience at cashing out, I was almost going to insist the cashier call the Store Manager, because she was untrained and rude.

Everyone is friendly & very willing to help if needed. They all seem to be very knowledgeable about the store & where to find items.

Home Depot staff are always willing to help with a smile. Home Depot is set up well and the signs make it easy to find the department you are looking for.

Employees are extra helpful, usually can locate an item or name the item if I , a novice , doesn't know the name of it.As I shop often there, I actually know the store and familiar with the staff. Recently asked for an increase in credit on my card, ( recently had gone through financial difficulty) but they worked to give me a 250 dollar increase which helped me.

Had everything I can look for. I don't need to go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is nice and clean.

Tom in flooring was A+ with his customer service today. I had pre-planned what doors I wanted and went to the store today to pick them up as I had someone to help me get them out of my car. He helped me locate the doors I needed when I was unable to find them as the codes on the display door were inaccurate. He could have just called the door staff person to come to the department to help but Tom worked to locate what I needed. Since customer service is so important to businesses, I appreciated what he did for me today. Thank you Tom !!!
