There was plenty of products needed items were set up and displayed correctly, and then in a neat organized fashion. The people on the floor were a great help.

Can in with an issue with a drawdown shade we bought. Dana resolved our issue within a couple on minutes.

I had tried to find parts for an Anderson patio door at 3 other stores and was turned away at all three when they couldn’t find what I needed. I came to this Home Depot store and the employee (Liz) in windows and doors had what I needed after less than 10 minutes searching.

I have purchased appliances , flooring for an entire house and miscellaneous items and always have enjoyed the experiences because of knowledgeable staff and kind staff

Getting a new Countertop from home depot installed soon. Cant wait to see my new faucet which will be installed as well. Steven Race did a wonderful job showing the faucet he installed at his home. Went above and beyond helping me out.

Went to Home Depot for an exchange without the receipt or the person who made the original purchase and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The customer service representative was kind, understanding, and didn’t give me any grief about the situation and we were able to proceed with an even exchange without any issues. This store was also neat and clean. The product selection was great as well as the quantity to choose from.

I ordered a patio set online. After a month it did not arrive. As I work down the street I decided to check in-store to try to get the problem resolved. I was helped by three people, Chris, Ryan and Susan. They made calls and pooled knowledge and resolved the problem, quite to my satisfaction! I appreciate the work they put into solving my issue as I could not have done it on my own. I didn't even know where to start! I would not hesitate to order online or make purchases in-store. I know if there is a problem, it will be resolved.

Bought the 5ft posable Skelton Bats and absolutely love them. Definitely ask for David at this location for help on anything.

Nobody seemed to know where we could place an order for custom fencing, but thankfully we found the pro service desk and even though he was working alone, he was kind, helpful, and had top notch customer service!

Everything I come into the store I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. However the best thing is that when ever I need help there is always someone close by that always has the answer.

Today I went to buy a push mower. Haven’t bought one in nearly 30 years! The staff (ask for Tom) we’re all so helpful and full of information. They made my selection process so much easier! I bought a battery powered Ryobi which was the top choice in Consumer Report. I was going with gas powered but after listening to Tom I realized the battery powered made more sense for the environment and my pocketbook! Tom also recommended some Ryobi yard tools like a weed wicker and tree cutting gadget that run off the same batteries as the lawn mower! Check out the Home Depot on Taylor Street Green Bay. I've been a Home Depot customer for decades, not only for their products but because their customer service is 5-Star. It's what keeps me coming back! My recent purchase of a Toro lawnmower was no exception. Whether my purchases are small or are large home improvements, it's clear that Home Depot values their customers and, for me, that is essential especially in these challenging days we live in.

I was so pleased with my last purchase at the home depot. Jessica checked me out and used my military id to give me my discount.

I come in for last minute items to finish projects and the service I get is pleasing. I usually need plywood and need it cut smaller than the 4x8 sheet it comes in. The staff is always willing to help and it makes me happy to spend my money locally instead of online or somewhere else.

We used our old refrigerator for 25 years and by chance saw that there was a sale of $600 off on a new one at Home Depot, so we purchased and are very glad we did!
