The store employees were all very helpful especially when you feel like you cannot find anything, they will approach you and guide you to the right direction. The employees were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of their duty.

My shopping experience at this store was awesome.everyone was nice they said hello did we need any help while looking for things.They guided us to the right dept. The cashier was very nice and polite.and because of her i have a home depot credit card. They made eye contact with us. Looking forward to shopping at home depot in the near future.store was clean.

I love the garden and plant department of this store. Today I was buying something to help get rid of fire ants, and weed killer. A store employee ask me if I needed help, and was friendly, as was the cashier too. The store was clean and I readily found what I was looking for. Nice place to shop.

eASY TO LOCATE THINGS, FRIENDLY STAFF AND QUICK CHECKOUT

Store OK at best. Delivery service is terrible. If you need a bolt, fine. If you need an appliance, GO ELSEWHERE

The personnel at this store always make themselves available to assist the customer. They know the products and what products it takes to finish a project, making sure that I as the customer am not forgetting something that I haven't thought of or didn't know I would need.

This a great clean store and the helpers were helpful as usual specifically dealing with seniors.

this was a completely pleasurable shopping experience. We had a couple of questions, and needed to be sure we were getting the right items. The associate working in building supplies/tools was terrific. He took the time to stop answer our questions, and confirm we understood and that he had answered all our questions. In today's rat race, fast paced, world to many stores have gotten away from the main reason the store is there, and who actually funds the stores. Customer appreciation is not lost at this store. I will definately be back.

I bought a washer and dyer form this store. The sale person was very helpful with questions I had about the product. Was able to tell me difference between the appliance I was looking at and a different brand. She took the time to let me make up mind, She made me feel like my purchase was important.. I will definitely buy from this store again.

I I trust my shopping experience to be great every time I shop, because of the customer service I found on every aisle. Finding my products is quick and everything is organized for eye level.

Home depot is the place I go to for a lot of my houshold needs, plumbing, electrical, windows,yard equipment etc. etc. There is too much to mention. Everyone there is so helpful, and knowledgeable. I don,t know how you find so many people like that, but I,m glad because it sure helps me out. I have never had a bad experience in all of the years I,ve been shopping at Hone Depot. Keep up the good work.

I love this store & it's employees. Every time I've required help they were always able to answer my questions or find the product I was looking for. Any time I've been to this store I have never had a problem finding someone to help me. Other stores I've had to wonder around the entire store to find someone to help me & sometimes couldn't find anyone. I live out of town so having someone to assist me & answer my questions is a great time saver that I appreciate. I only wish that this store were closer to where I live. The store is clean & well organized & the employees are all friendly & courteous.

I recently shopped at Home Depot in Macon, GA and was immediately greeted at the entrance with welcome to Home Depot is there anything we may assist you with. I explained my visit and was directed exactly to the location of the product sought after along with assistance of checkout.
