Great store with awesome service

In the fast world of deteriorating customer service, Home Depot still seems to find employees who have personality and are helpful. When my son signed up to build a bird feeder for FFA, guess who got stuck with the prep work?? ME!! Guess who was at Home Depot all month because she doesn't know what she is doing? ME! But guess who got to know me and kept asking a million questions about this birdhouse? The Home Depot front end staff. They were so funny--even joked that I could have paid someone to build the house by now. Either way, it was fun. And now that it is spring time and I DO KNOW what I am doing, I have visited the garden center a few times. Already Kinrare and Goldie were right there helping me out, asking what this year's plans were and how was the family. This location is by far the best in customer service. You just do not see that every where any more. This is my go to location!!!

Great selection of the type of products I was looking for as well as maintaining sufficient stock of the items. The cashier was extremely helpful and the other staff was very cordial. I found several other products I will be returning to purchase for other projects I have scheduled.

I shopped online and picked up the items at the store. The delivery was earlier than stated and in good condition. The services was fast and efficient. Thanks for the assistance on helping me load the items in my truck.

This store is where I shop for needs and have purchased a heater for winter, installed it based upon general instructions given by an employee. This week, have a had a couple of visits and it is a clean, well displayed product presentation of useful products, much improved employee availability and knowledge of where items sought are located, The atmosphere in shopping is easier and saves time and effort in obtaining needed items and back to either beginning or completing a task.

I have always shop at this store has always been treated well. I have always found the store clean and having a warm atmosphere. everyone seem to know the products and where they are located in each department... Keep the Good work up.

Gena, Angelia and Jaivon (sp?) were outstanding! Their professionalism and desire to make an unhappy customer HAPPY was above and beyond. My husband and I are in our 80s and are moving which required us to purchase several necessary items. Your CREDIT CARD APPLICATION is very outdated and needs WORK!!

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable of there trades. When you loss an items or ID and someone found it and turned it in, employees will secure it for you. Thank you to Macon, GA Home Depot.

I love the garden and plant department of this store. Today I was buying something to help get rid of fire ants, and weed killer. A store employee ask me if I needed help, and was friendly, as was the cashier too. The store was clean and I readily found what I was looking for. Nice place to shop.

eASY TO LOCATE THINGS, FRIENDLY STAFF AND QUICK CHECKOUT

Store OK at best. Delivery service is terrible. If you need a bolt, fine. If you need an appliance, GO ELSEWHERE

The personnel at this store always make themselves available to assist the customer. They know the products and what products it takes to finish a project, making sure that I as the customer am not forgetting something that I haven't thought of or didn't know I would need.

This a great clean store and the helpers were helpful as usual specifically dealing with seniors.
