Each and every visit to this store is fast, easy, and totally pleasing! As a REALTOR, I am always on the go... In preparation for my "Open House" event, I once found myself in the urgent need for directional signage and so I made a late night stop to Home Depot only discover they did not have but 1 sign on the floor. To my surprise, there were a couple Reps available to assist with my need for more signage. Turns out, there were more directional signage at the very top of the display area and I ended up leaving with plenty to help in my "Open House" event the next day. These guys were outstanding in their efficient response to my problem and getting it resolved. Love Home Depot!!!

I got the fix for my problem at less cost than the L store charged.

I use self-check out when possible to avoid standing in cashier lines. Store employees are generally helpful. I shop at the store enough to be familiar with location of products I am looking to purchase. Assistance varies from time to time.

This McKinney Home Depot has a great vibe and is loaded with friendly experts on staff. Prices are good and competitive. The variety among products is very helpful and some products you can only find here. The great layout makes finding things easy. There are so many surprising new finds season to season which makes updating the yard fun and rewarding. Loaded with good finds and irresistible items, the seasonal area right in the front of the store is a must see! The store is well stocked with home maintenance items that are so helpful - some I discover for the first time in the Home Depot aisle. Perusing the garden area is one of my favorite guilty pleasures as I am always looking for the next perfect addition to our yard. I highly recommend this store, their products, and their wonderful staff!

Friendly, knowledgeable and they remember your name and projects that you were working on; kind enough to follow through and ask you about them when they see you again! Never intimidated being a novice on some of the projects I undertake and having to ask for advise/guidance. Great Store!

The Home Depot on Custer is organized and the associates are always helpful

I was shopping for some plants for a planter at my office. Kenneth was extremely helpful in helping me choose plants I hadn't considered. Now my planter will look good throughout the seasons!

This store is always clean, the associates are friendly, they most usually have what I'm looking for. I do lots of DIY around the house and the home depot always helps by having the right items and the right prices. GO TO THE HOME DEPOT!!!! IT IS YOUR DESTINY!!!!!

The store was clean and well lit. Each employee I came across was friendly. when I needed help someone was available and very helpful.

The store is always clean and I am offered help by at least 2 or 3 associates every time I visit.. I was looking for mulch and plant food, Josh Barnett was very knowledgeable and helpful in not only picking the products needed but assisting in loading them in my cart and car!!! He is an asset to have as an employee.

I went to another big box store and there was no one to help me. After I spent a long time in the store, I finally found someone. Then I went into Home Depot a couple of days later and Carl was right there to greet me and direct me to plumbing. I went to plumbing and the guy was right there to help me, and He knew exactly what I needed and took me directly to the product and then got it off the shelf for me. Later I went to Kitchen Cabinets and Carl noticed I had question. He went out of his way to help find the answer. I feel that everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful.

At the time of my purchase, the cashier (Yasmin) advised me I was entitled to a 10% discount due to being a Veteran. I thanked her but told her I did not have my Veteran ID card with me, but would be sure to bring it the next time I'm in the store for a purchase. This is just a small example of the good customer service at this Home Depot store.
