I have used this store extensively - all new appliances for my condo and paint for the walls were purchased here as well as home goods within the last few years. It is hard to find an employee in the appliance dept as well as bath to wait on you. My last visit saw several male employees walk past me to help male customers, although they were waiting in line behind me and had not waited as long. Someone who apparently stocks finally offered to help. Unfortunately he was not familiar with the merchandise and, although I knew exactly which water heater and which toilets, I wanted (one the next aisle over from the other), he would only help me with one so I had to wait for him and then wait for the other. The other was knowledgeable, helpful and kind but gave me the wrong price. What made this trip was a customer service cashier, who took the time to get everything together and at the right price - did not attempt to rush me out of the area but made certain it was correct. A couple of years, I went into the appliance department to buy two appliances. The salesman greeted me by telling me that he was from Columbia and knew a doctor who would give me a face lift and do a good job and went into detail about the logistics. I was flabbergasted. It was the first thing that came out of his mouth, not was there that brought me into the store. I was ready to buy a refrigerator and electric stove - guess I must have a lot of wrinkles. I know it sounds ludicrous but it is true.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE BUT THE HOME DEPOT AND OTHER STORES / BUSINESSES NEED TO HAVE A PROGRAM THAT WILL HELP THE WORKERS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITEMS IN THE STORES TO KEEP COSTUMERS SATISFIED!! "A LITTLE TRAINING AND INCENTIVE CAN GO A LONG WAY"!

The moment I walked in for all my visits I was provided with cultivating legendary customer service. Bianca helped me and found nick to help me when she didn’t have the information for the product I came in for. Nick provided exceptional service. Took me to the product location, while ensuring it was the right product then did his due diligence and went back to match the sku to the product. I went back to bianca to cash out she had a line. Then aliya came and assisted me calling me over to her. Olivea was the best supervisors or managers I’ve ever met to give feed back too you all are doing things right! I appreciate everything you all cultivate at this specific location

Everything is easy to find. And if you can't find something, the staff is knowledgeable and leads you right to the location of the item you are requesting. I also like how they have more self-checkouts, which makes the lines shorter and shopping experience faster.

Customers should know that if your product goes on sale, after purchase, but before delivery, even if the product has not shipped, you will not be offered the discount. If ordering a washing machine, it will come by delivery from a warehouse, not this store. You must wait to get your product. My current wait is 20 days, for the earliest arrival. My order was on 06/07/2020, arrival is scheduled for the 26th. I also received a text that this product has been reduced, but I am not offered any discount of any kind.

One of the best without doubt, the atmosphere is great and staff are most friendly. courteous compared to the competitors, this sore is eye popping, jaw dropping and show stopping. I say this without fear of contradiction.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE... ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE THERE WHEN NEEDED THEM

The store has a great location and easy access but the majority of the employees are not very friendly. I have had pleasant interactions with a few of the employees but that is the exception. One example was the paint employee mixed the wrong paint, a 5 gallon bucket, and tried to blame us for his error and then insist on us paying for the paint. We had used abut 35 gallons for that job. The only reason I use this location is for price and convenience.
