Cashiers are very mean and rude

great service and knowledgeable staff!

My husband and I only come to this store for lumber. The guys that work in lumber are amazing. Very helpful, very respectful, and just great customer service. If the guys are busy we will wait for them no matter the time. Thank you to them for being great workers.

This is one of the Best Home Depot stores in our area. The team members of this store go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your pleased with the final sale. The store manager may not notice me as often as i notice him, but this gentleman knows what he's doing. He is compassionate, and fair with his employees when conducting business on the floor, the cashiers are very friendly, and ensure your shopping experience ends pleasantly. Cashiers are a retail stores last line of defense to change a customers bad shopping experience, and with self checkout and one cashier juggling the task, they really pull it off. Thank You Stockton Store #1022 for your hard work and attention to detail.

Horrible at picking items your better off waking in to get it yourself .. I was told to go to store to pick up my 3 small items to find out when I got there they had 1 of 3 items because they were out of stock (they weren’t when I ordered them 3 days prior) to get home and find the 1 item I received was already open and was missing pieces ... bravo Home Depot thank for bring laughter to my life cuz your a joke!!

Poor customer service. I rented a reciprocating saw and only after having them open up the box it was in was told that I had to purchase the blades for it. Then I was given misinformation on how to load the blades. Had to watch YouTube video to figure out how to do it. Once before I rented a chain saw that would not start. These people don't take the time to walk you through how their equipment works or to check that it is in working condition before renting it to you. Probably will not ever rent anything else from from in the future. Have wasted a lot of extra time and money on past rentals.

THE BEST STORE EVER! CLOSE TO MY HOME AND I GO THERE OFTEN!

There are some people here that I know I can always count on. Once you find what it is you are looking for be sure to critique the packaging. I learned this on numerous occasions years ago. The Black females that work the returns with few exceptions got big attitude, if you encounter it, do us all a favor and report them.

GET call buttons. No patron should have to flag associates to get help or neither should they wait 10 minutes to get help.

Don’t buy anything assembled by the staff here. The assembled tool chest I got here had 6 loose or missing bolts, two edge guards not installed but included, and a bumper swapped with another kit. While replacing the missing bolts, they gave me 5/16 bolts instead of the M8 I gave them to match. It’s decent otherwise; organized, well stocked, and clean. But do your own research and assembly unless you want to spend a morning fixing their mistakes.

The store is clean, Products were easy to find. Associates were friendly and helpful.

There is a wide variety of categories, and most employees are enthusiastic and familiar with products.

I had purchased cabinet hardware for my kitchen cabinets and when I began installing the hardware I had some questions so I called the store and a staff person in hardware answered my questions. Great service!

I always find what I need and always get assistance to find what I am looking for. On occasion the person assisting me calls another Home Depot to see if they have what I am looking for. For example I went to the paint department and while my paint was being mixed I looked at paint removers and wanted to know which was the best one, so I asked a gentlemen that was working there and he showed me a brand that works well removing paint and doesn't need a special rinse. I bought it and it was fantastic. I am very pleased with Home Depot.

This store has always been very clean. The employees always go out of their way to assist you. I have been shopping here for years and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

I'm not concerned with the products as much as I am concerned with who knows my name, I'm a sole proprietor, no tee shirt with my name on it, but I've been going to feather river location for decade and half it's nice when you're department heads say "hey Josh what's your job today "

Deliah and Irene were excellent members of the Stockton team. Both were courteous, professional, kind and welcoming.

Retail stores are very competive with their products and prices, what is extremely important to us is how we are treated by store staff. Feeling welcome and important to the staff is vital when trying to encourage customers and encourage their return.. It is alway nice when a shopper feels that the store staff really care about the customers needs and wants and expresses this to shoppers.

When we had trouble with the price of a item we were trying to purchase at self-checkout, the “manager” that came to help us accused us of moving the sale sign on the item. When we tried to show him a picture of the price which wasn’t a sign but was actually the display, he dismissed us & wouldn’t look at the phone and instead walked away & had us wait with our young children at the front doors while it was cold & rainy out for well over 10 minutes!! When he finally returned with another employee that gentleman confirmed we were right about the price & stayed that he might have put out the display “too early”. While he was stating that, “Julio” continued to argue with me in front of my young children & other customers!!!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be returning!!!

Overall good for such a huge store, but could use more employees on the floor

store was clean, but not enough sales people especially on Black Friday. The store knows it's a busy day but didn't not adjust staff accordingly.
