Being new in the community I wet to a familiar place. Every time, and there are several, I have gotten great service and been treated very well! I recognize personalized service and it is hard to find in a lot of places today.

Easy to navigate and find what you need

We enjoy going to Home Depot to shop for items we need for home improvement projects.

This store is convienient due to its proximity to my general work area, aside from that I wouldn't shop there.

EAsy to find products, exceptionally helpful employees, convenient location, reasonably priced.

Employees at this store always go beyond what you might normally expect from other big box stores. It is convenient for me and i go here often, I have numerous rental properties in the area and is always a positive experience with the interaction with employees at this store.

Employees were very friendly and helpful,the only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star rating is because there should always be room for improvement. I wouldn't even give myself a 5 star rating because that would mean I was perfect and we know that a_i_n_'t true.

This store has recently changed their check-out procedure to rely heavily on self check-out. There is a "line" for those registers, which is not marked. It becomes a confusing free-for-all as to who is next. The system is lousy. A friend recently walked out, leaving her basket of merchandise because check-out was so irritating. If they don't fix it, customers will go elsewhere. PAY CLERKS TO CHECK-OUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Store staff is friendly and super helpful!

The garden center had all the supplies I needed. And Harpreet guided me to finding what I needed.

I got some wood cut here. Tanner was fast on the saw. When I needed to buy extra small boxes, Roxio and Cliff helped me find them.

The store is always busy and it’s so difficult to find a knowledgeable worker. Today was my lucky day because Johanna the employee that helps with tools never left my side and got me what I need. I even learned something new from her. Checking out took 15 mins they need more cashiers but Wendy was a wonderful lady

THE BEST PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERB

Feather River Home Depot is the best location on the Central Valley hands down. I have occasion to visit them all, but I am in the feather River location probably 10 to 15 times a week. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help me with anything that I need, whether it be finding a single item or loading a large order of lumber and materials on my truck and trailer. I highly recommend this location. I get treated very well and will continue to take my business there

Great store well stocked, wonderful service and help. The most friendly and helpful group of employees you can ever ask for in a fast and busy store. Of all of the Home Depot Stores I been at they are #1. What can I say a wonderful experience every time.

NO customer service at all! I asked 3 associates to help me find an item and ALL 3 pointed me in the wrong aisle. NONE of those associates even bothered to assist me or help me find the item I needed. I am NEVER coming back to this store. The only reason I went to this branch is because it was close to where I was. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Most of the employees are great, but there are one or two that hate their jobs and show it to the customer. Benita was wonderful at the register. She had a very "can-do" attitude while helping me!

I find it clean and majority of the Employees are friendly, Plus its the nearest one from where I live.. Most of the time, I find the things that I need for my projects in this store more than the one on Hammer Ln...

Be careful if you present a coupon for a certain percentage off your total purchase amount that the cashier actually gives you that discount. I was not, despite presenting coupon and verbally telling cashier that I was giving her a 10% off coupon.

I FIND EASILY THE PRODUCT WHAT WAS IM LOOKING FOR .. IT SAVES MY TIME.

The customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. I was "helped" by an employee named Kardiere who was very, very rude from beginning to end. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. If you are a fan of decent customer service, don't shop at the Feather River Dr. store - you won't get it here.

Re: Return Department. Have no problem with other staffs. However,. Kaberie was totally Rude from beginning to the end. No Greeting and Thanking at the end. She is definitely not a "people" person

I rather shop here at #1022 rather than Lowes which is closer to me and I live on Eight Mile Road and Davis.

It is clean, stocked, and employees are helpful.

I go to the store frequently I always get good help the service is always great. And if I need assistance people on the floor seem to know what they're doing and where I can find my item that I'm looking for.
