This store has a cashiers named Kardiere who has really great customer service. She made my experience so much easier than any previous Home Depot visit . The store was very clean and they had a lot of associates available to help me.

2 stars bec the store was clean inside & they have the item we wanted to buy. Customer service was terrible. Outside was a pool of water & hazard sign facedown on the floor became a trip hazard and associate who was there just passed by instead of fixing the safety sign.

The store was fine, but I bought a washer and the next day received a call from a third party offering me a free water analysis since I bought the machine there. It would appear the Home Depot is willing to share personal information with third parties so I would keep that in mind if you choose to shop there.

Good store clean

Great access to this store from freeway and local area. Clean and well stocked. Service is about the same as any other store. You have to engage them yourself. All around good store with solid products. Every store could use less commercial fertilizers and pesticides and gear up for a revolution in gardening and erosion control via true organic products, compost biochar and mycelium inoculants. The are very few if not only one good product on the shelf.

Very friendly staff! Extremely helpful and go above and beyond to provide great service! I usually have to seek out someone to help me. At times, I could be looking at the employees and they avoid making eye contact so they don’t have to help, but here, the employees, are eager to help and get you exactly what you need. Thank you Patton!

Today i visited the Lodi store which is not the closest HD store to where i live. Great people with helpful associates always willing to make my shopping experience a pleasant one. I was guided by nice people always willing to help and go the extra mile to help me find the item that i wanted. Overall, great shopping experience.

The man at the paint desk was very unhelpful and rude! This is definitely not a location I would go to again even though it’s only three minutes from my house. The workers here make it obvious they don’t want to help you. The male employees always seem to talk down to you unless you are in the gardening section. It’s difficult to even find some one who will help you or answer your question.

Home Depot #1022 has a clean and well stocked store but the most important reason why it functions so well are the employees who provide excellent customer service. If assistance is needed the wait is not long and they are informative and have good suggestions if we have questions. A smile goes a long way with the concern to meet one's needs. Thank You.

Convenient location in west Stockton, friendly staff and mostly quick check out.

When one considers being a new homeowner and how overwhelmed home improvement projects have made me; I am very fortunate to have this particular store available for "one stop shopping". It is hugely convenient and I give great credit to a very hard working staff who take time to assist me under a variety of circumstances.

Excellent customer service by the staff working the departments, would definitely shop here again.

Some great employees there and very knowledgeable

While I do like this store and the wide variety of products, there is a problem with the number of checkout stands available. I avoid the self checkouts whenever possible as for the most part these are in place for no other reason to reduce employee jobs. The other problem is that when people need help, most of the time we have to traipse all over the place to find someone to assist.

Does anyone answer the phone? Would be nice to speak with a real, live person. I have been trying for 45 min to cancel a refrigerator that DID NOT get delivered when it was supposed to. Your deliverly service sucks and so does your in house phone service. I BET NO ONE READS THESE COMMENTS!!!!

Overall you have many great associates like Christopher, serena from the pro desk, but then you have cashiers like Yesenia. Who has a terrible attitude who is on the phone while checking me out when she decides to work I've came in and had asked cashier if they're the only one and they say no and point and she is at the back eating and talking. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I am a regular costumer at the home Depot I've been shopping there for 6 years.

This is my neighborhood store. I bought my home about 15 years ago and probably went to this Home Depot about 2 times a week for the first couple of years! It's still my go to store for all my DIY needs!

The employees and courteous and helpful they are well-trained I always have a very good experience when I visit any of the Home Depots

I would like to express my thanks for a job well done to Errol in the Electrical Department, and to Debra at the check out station. I asked Errol for a particular product that the Hammer Lane Home Depot told me about, and was in stock at the Feather River Home Depot. Errol was very helpful in helping me not only to find the product I was looking for, but to also point some other options that I had not even considered until I met him. He even asked me to wait for a minute while he left the area to bring back another option for my review. I told him that because of him, I would not only purchase this one product, but would consider the other options if this product did not work for me. He was very helpful, friendly, considerate, and just a nice gentleman. I greatly appreciate his service. I would also like to point out the courteous, friendly attitude of Debra at the check out counter. She seemed to really like her job. And that job is to help the customer have a pleasant experience when exiting Home Depot. She is an expert in customer relations. I told her that I rarely visit the Home Depot store on Feather River Drive in Stockton, but may visit it more in the future. I told her that I have met some really nice people here. My sincere thanks to these Home Depot employees for making this shopping experience at Home Depot a good experience. I hope Home Depot does something nice for these employees to let them know how well they are performing their jobs. Thank You.

Customer service severely lacking. Tons of employees, no help. Several will walk by you and avoid eye contact. Tons of employees visiting and standing around. Disorganized and messy. Hard to walk between isles because of stacks of buckets and empty product displays in walkways.

I do not recommend this store simply because of the traffic congested streets. The store is excellent and the employees are friendly and helpful. Traffic sucks.

Worst shopping experience ever employees have no respect nor professionalism because they sure luck.
