The store is fine, but we just bought a $2500 whirlpool refrigerator that broke in the first two months. Home depot refers you to whirlpool, and so far even though it's covered for 1 year, we have been without refrigeration for over one week. Neither home depot nor whirlpool seems to care, and we wish we had never bought this thing. That's what I think of now every time I pass by the home depot, and it leaves a sour, bitter taste in my mouth. Very bad experience.

The experience was great, store was very clean. Customer service was excellent, if I didn't know where a product was, Home Depot employees were readily available to help me. I will visit this store again and again.

This store is my favorite. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The pro-desk is exceptional when going above and beyond to help out. Would recommend them hands down!

If you go there to buy a promotional item - such as Roundup where you get a free refill with purchase of a gallon - by all means make a sales rep get the two products that apply to the promotion. We tried three times - walking long distances each trip to a cashier - only to learn the products didn't match for the promotion price. We finally gave up and quit shopping at this store. At one time, the cashier rang up the refill at twice the price of the gallon of weed killer. So frustrating!

I always have someone ask me if I need help with anything as soon as I arrive at the store - I can wander through Lowe's for half an hour before someone approaches me... Love this Home Depot!

This store is very neat and clean and I prefer to shop here instead of the one on Capital Circle even if it is closer.

Lately, name brand products have been slowly going away, and being replaced by "OFF BRANDS". I had to go to LOWE'S to get my desired brand of blinds. I do not wish to ORDER ONLINE, but rather shop in the store. I cannot understand WHY H.D. has cheapened themselves, with OFF BRANDS!! It might as well be considered an "OUTLET".

Excellent store to find most everything you need for gardening or home repairs. Helpful and friendly employees are there to assist you.

I went to Home Depot to buy stain for the wood siding on the exterior of our home. This is my first experience of painting/staining a house therefore I needed lots of information on which products to use. Sheila (Paint Dept.) came to my rescue - she is AWESOME! She explained the different types of exterior grade stains, the estimated "life" of each, and the coverage provided. I decided to purchase a quart to determine if this was how we wanted to protect our wood. It looks AMAZING! I look forward to shopping at Home Depot for all our future paint needs. Thank you Sheila - I am a HD/Behr paint convert because of you!

we have had our fair share of not so friendly service experiences in Tallahassee especially at the chains. Tonight, we already had a long day and going to buy paint and supplies for a big job can be difficult. Camuel, in paint, helped us find the right product, tools, and saved us money. Lauren at the register was super friendly and clearly wanted to provide great service. Great experience! Well done!

I have always been a fan of Home Depot. The service is great and the prices are comparable or lower than the competitor. I have had no problems returning something.

The employees will help in most of the sections in the store. They are very helpful even when you didn't get their attention, they get your attention. That is a big plus.

This store was very well maintained and the staff were effective in helping me find what i was looking for. Being disabled the employee was helpful in gaining access to the products and carrying them for me.

The employees here really went above and beyond. They helped us find absolutely everything we needed (which ended up being a rather long list as we are currently remodeling two rental properties) and helped us load everything into our van. They had everything we needed in stock that day. The store was clean and organized, even mid-afternoon on a busy Sunday. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

I was helped by a Corey George who knows the store like the back of his hand and is super friendly. Ask for him if you want to be listened to and find what you need or even a helpful alternative. Definitely a good customer experience, and Ms. Kay at the register was also really nice and competent.

Organized in a way that made sense to me and then the floor staff are anxious to assist if you need some help.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I make it my first stop even when I am shopping around. The employees here are always pleasant.

The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful, the products are easy to find, but if you cannot find the item you want the staff are always there to help, they are constantly asking if you need assistance, the store was tidy and clean with good displays.

My husband and I will drive cross just to go to this Home Depot location!

The staff in this store is amazing. They go way beyond to assist customers. When I lived in Ohio I almost never shopped at Home Depot, now I almost never shop at other home improvement stores. Great staff, they are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and personable. Donny who works in the Electrical department and the gentlemen that works in the Appliance area are 2 of the best employees I have seen in a long time.

Shopped for a freezer and the associate in the department was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful in making sure we were given all the appropriate discounts allowed on the model and the promotions that were currently running. Great customer service. You don't always see that at large stores.
