Wichita West Home Depot 99% of the time provides world class customer service. Even thru management changes due to promotions etc the staff has taken time to adjust but continue to provide excellent service. Home Depot app is very useful inside the store for location of items as well as knowing stock before driving to the store.

Hard to impossible to maneuver the isles. Impulse purchase items everywhere. No check outs manned except self-serve. Employees everywhere, yet none checking out.

Today was a good day thanks to Kimmy at home depot. She really helped me out. Thank you Kimmy!!

I ACCIDENTLY PURCHASED ITEMS ONLINE FROM A STORE IN TEXAS INSTEAD OF W. WICHITA. WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP LARRY AND STACY WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. STAFF LIKE THESE TWO MAKE HOME DEPOT THE ONLY PLACE WE SHOP

I have shopped here for 15 yrs.. I always have a great experience and when I get here the wonderful employees make sure anything I need is within reach..I have a small business repairing autos and small engines..home depot has always been trustworthy,reliable,and a place I will spend thousands of dollars..the merchandise is top-notch and the people extend honesty, courtesy..,and respect.

Needed help in lumber getting more product on shelf. Was told it was too much of a hassle. Not enough 2x4’s, or 5/4 boards on shelf. 2x6’s were too high to reach safely.

This store greet you makes you feel welcome and attends to your needs even if you are a woman. This store is so different from any other lumberyard that I have been to, I will never go anywhere else.

You can find nearly anything in this store and always run great specials.

I don't understand why they pay people to sit on their butts chit chatting when people are needing help. Getting this old lady in the appliance department to help me was a hassle. She was very rude. Karen or Kathy or something cant remember the name. But it was like I was bothering her, "so sorry" like what are you getting paid for? After buying paint, I simply left the store. Ended up buying a new refrigerator from another store who was more than happy to help me.

Very pleased with the products, but the service outshines it all!!

I'm getting ready to have new flooring put in in the kitchen and a new quartz countertop. There was a great selection to choose from in store and online. As always I am impressed with the knowledge of the employees there. Every encounter I've had it seems like the employee is always happy to help. My dogs approved of them as well!

I received the "best" service today, May 16, 2023 at this store. Kimmy was at the self check out and assisted me with my needs. She really enjoyed helping me. Also, another female employee asked me if I needed assistance. I never usually get any service at these stores. I enjoy giving surveys especially when they go out of their way to service! You go women in Wichita West Home Depot!

We had Gary help us purchase our appliances, and he was super helpful and kind and had great suggestions for us.

Went in looking for patio furniture. Found a set that we liked, however none in stock. Employees checked other stores, looked on-line for us, totally out of stock so they went ahead and sold us display. Assisted in loading in store and also into vehicle. Very personable and so very helpful!!! Thank you Durell and Chris, as well as Customer Service!!!

It is so nice to have such polite people working for your company. Home Depot , myself as an elderly woman, appreciate. The kindness and politeness of other people and your crew was very polite and very kind and very helpful. That’s why I like going to Home Depot.

It took me an hour to get the 3 things I came into the store to get. As long as you dont need assistance from an employee you should be good. If you think you are going to find someone in the isles to help you then you are sadly mistaken. If I could have gotten what I needed from another store in the short time that I needed it I would have just left.

Made a trip because even ace didn't have what I needed. Great experience overall. Sally really made my day at the self checkout.

I tried to purchase a jigsaw that was locked on aisle 13. After waiting for 10 minutes to get customer service, I asked the cashier in self check out to call someone over. When that failed I called the store and waited on hold for 10 minutes. When I was transferred back to the service desk, I requested the manager on duty to get some help. Two minutes later, I was able to get the cage unlocked for the jigsaw to purchase.

Thankfully Several employees offered help on this visit. Made my trip quick and easy

I am new to the area and appreciated the kindness of the employees, especially Crystle. The store was well stocked and I walked in and found everything I needed quickly. I will definitely be back. I have a card for another home goods store but I think the prices are better and the people are friendly at your store and will buy my new appliances there.

We have been buying paint from this store for over 4 years now and truly appreciate the quality and accuracy of our paint. We order the same shade multiple times and have not ONCE had them get it wrong. So this would be a great location for your paint needs.

When I shop the west store in Wichita, KS, I always look for Bob at a register. As a fellow Veteran I always seek him out to thank him for his service. He is always very courteous and always greets me as a fellow brother.

I shop home improvement stores a lot. This store is usually stocked good and the property is neat and clean. I especially appreciated Bob, the gentleman who run the register. He was friendly, trusting and professional.

I purchased a large Husky 52 in 17 drawer combo box from Home Dept after shopping the competition. My decision was based on quality for the price and Home Depot won hands down.
