Great Store , Clean , Bright and positive staff

I don't frequent this store as it's not the closest to my home; I just happened to be in the area. I found the store neat and clean and all the employees very friendly and extremely helpful. I was shopping for a weed killer that offered a free refill bottle with the purchase of a bottle with a "comfort wand". There were no refill bottles on the shelf where they should have been, so I needed an employee's help in finding it.

We always try Home Depot first. Sorry to say my wife does like Menards... I think it's that 11%

Clean, well stocked and organized, great staff

The associates in this location are friendly and will assist you in finding your products. Based on the handful of times I've been in this year I've been able to recognize staff and believe they also recognize me as a frequent customer. Check out the stores workshops as they are very willing share their product knowledge.

I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot even though I'm not your typical do-it-yourselfer. However, I trust this store, and have bought appliances, wallcoverings, paint and even gift items there. The store is clean, well laid out, and I have always had a pleasant shopping experience there. The friendly staff answer my questions in a very knowledgeable manner - even though some of the questions are probably the most basic DYI stuff. But as I said, as a 70-year old female, I'm not the typical Home Depot do-it-yourselfer. I appreciate, too, knowing when I visit Home Depot that they will have what I need, so I won't need to run to a bunch of different stores looking for items. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.

Great assistance both on the phone and in the store.

From the moment I entered the store the greeter was friendly and helpful. After following her directions I was then helped promptly in the paint dept., and then moved to the appliance dept. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful.

David Oesch, Flooring Specialist, is most helpful if you are thinking about purchasing your new flooring from Home Depot.

Brandon Jacob, Interior Designer, is very knowledgeable re: design and we're looking forward to working with him and the Home Depot crew to complete our kitchen remodel.

Three staff members helped me from the time I entered the store all the way to loading my vehicle. The first person found someone to help me get some materials. The cashier helped me find our corporate account information and checked me out. Another staff person helped me load my truck.

This is the only big box store that I will shop at for any of our home improvement items and appliances. The employees are very customer oriented. They are friendly, helpful and give suggestions and advice. If they are unable to answer a question, they will find someone who can. The store is always clean and products are usually always in stock unless it's a special order. I don't find this with the other stores

It is nice to have a retailer the size of H-D and still have a personal touch to it as this location has done. The store is well staffed with knowledgeable outgoing people that know you by name.

The Walker, MI store has always had exceptional service. Tommy and Joan have it down for management and Customer Service. And since Dave left the pro desk for another Depot store up North, Pete and Fonzo are the guys to see now. They know their stuff!

I had originally bought 5 gallons of paint that ended up being the wrong color. I tried to return it and was told it was not returnable. I went to the paint department to ask them if it was possible to convert my color to the color I actually needed (what our painter suggested) and they said they’d try. After about a half hour of messing with the paint numbers and calling around they were able to get a near perfect match and saved me $197! They went above and beyond to help me out and showed excellent customer service.

I have always received great assistance from the personnel at this Home Depot Location. Dedicated long time employees help to make the shopping experience helpful. I recently needed a piece of plywood cut to size and was concerned of splintering from the cut. Rick Bradley from Building Materials/Doors & Windows department assisted and took great care to my concern and needs and did a perfect cut with no damage to the wood. He did not need to do this as this was not his department but he pitched in, listened and followed through with a happy customer leaving the store. It is this type of dedication that makes this Home Depot location one of the best.

Typically, I receive excellent service. The front service desk is always helpful, despite there usually being a wait. It's one of the largest HDs in the area, so the selection tends to be excellent.

This store is clean and easy to navigate through. The employees at this store go out of their way to help. They frequently come to you and ask if they can help vs another home improvement store in the area. They seem very genuine in their desire to help out their customers. For example, I recently had "Marlene" in the cabinet design department spend extra time with me which caused us to complete it sightly beyond the store hours. She was more concerned about my order being right and me not having to return to finish it rather than the fact that she had to stay late to complete it.

Great service, helpful and knowledgeable. Found everything I needed on the first trip. Store was clean. Got all the help I needed.

I'm happy with the pricing .. I'm used to buying materials over the phone and not having to be there... having materials delivered ... Home Depot.. I have not been satisfied enough with the quality of the building materials trust an employee to give me a quality, usable, product. I thank you for you consideration. I have been licensed for 30 or more yrs. and have been in purchasing/quality control for 15 yrs. maybe I can help. Thank you for asking.
