outstanding service, clean, well stocked

I had a great experience at your store. Your cashier Brenda was very friendly and helpful. She gave me great advice and the product I bought and how to apply it correctly.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

No help around and cusotmers load their own. Even if it's things that employees should be doing.

This was my first visit in 5 years and the floor employees were very kind,friendly and helpful with finding item,s loading items, and giving education about items. But one thing I must say is don't go 30 mins before closing time whether you know what exactly you need and it takes you 5-10 mins to get those items because the cashier we had made me feel very uncomfortable by the way he acted due to him ready to go home. He made me feel like I was unwanted and he could care less if I purchased anything although I bought $300+ worth of items and just drove from another town there. He put me in a down mood to where I was no longer excited about remodeling my father's kitchen after I had entered the store in a cheerful, engergized project ready mood.

Most of the employees that I asked where a product was do not have an idea of where anything is or even if they stock the product.

Not the friendless people working at Home Depots. The employees seem to want to visit and talk with each other rather than taking care of business.

i always have a good experience at your stores .your employees do there best to help you find the right product

I have been searching for a new refrigerator, we had researched the exact one we wanted--via several articles including Consumer Reports--and with the help of a vey nice associate we found it at your Weatherford store. The price was several hundred dollars cheaper than your competitor. It was delivered on time and installed in our kitchen even though the delivery men had to tote it to another doorway in our home due to the large size of the refrigerator and the kitchen island partially blocking access. We love it and will return soon to purchase additional appliances for a cabin we are building.

the items I was looking for were easily located and logically positioned within the store. the cashier was very courteous , helpfull and friendly.

I went in with some plumbing parts, showed them to Tommy and he found everything in a matter of minutes and BAM, I was done. Tommy, he's awesome!!!

The help was professional, had product knowledge, store was clean!

This store is not the closest, it is just the best. I drive past another Home Depot to go to this store. The associates at this store are willing to help with advice. It's worth the trip.

the only problem I have with this store ,it takes for ever to find sales person.

I sent the fence back because your display in the store had the 2 end post and when I got the order it was discovered that the 2 posts were about $30 extra.each. I had already paid $400 and you wanted 8 x $30 ($240) more. Very poor advertising . I will not order again. Do not show something in your model that is not included! This whole unit even had a Model #

No glass or glass cutting.disappointed I had to go to Lowes

The appliance personnel and the customer service personnel were outstanding on my visit. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

Several of the people that work at this store will go out of their way to help you. I went to buy some alge remover and forgot my glasses, an employee showed me where the product is and then took the time to read the directions for me , so I would know how much to buy!!!

The ond HD is gone except for a few small associates that still remember how to treat a customer. Stop scheduling associates by computer from last year's sales. Manager Chris found nothing wrong with four large sales area of the store not having any associates in the middle of a week day to help anyone. I live closer to Lowes and I have had horrible customer service from weatherford HD for the last year or so with no associates ever around to help you. If it weren't for one great associate I wouldn't be returning to HD and I'm starting to build a house in four months. Fix it HD or lose many customers

I have shopped this location for 15 years and have always been treated great. I have come to know many of the employees by name as well as they know me by name. They are always asking if I need any help.

I knew what I wanted. Associate was helpful and placed my order.

i got home depot over lowes and the atmosphere is always good and the employees are always happy yo help out.

The employees in the Tool Rental Dept were outstanding and eager to help.
