The customer service is consistently outstanding from the store Manager Richard to the newest associates. Products are easy to find and the deals are good. I few weeks ago a made a major purchase of landscaping & paver blocks. The associates helped me load over 120 pavers and 40 landscaping stones without hesitation. Plus I bought the on sale saving big cash. Very satisfied. Thank you Wenatchee Home Depot.

Just purchased my 1/2” torque wrench on sale for half off. Home Depot has the best sale prices.

I bought a 40v mower just over a year ago. I attempted to get the Ryobi warranty. Over 2 hours on hold to get nowhere. A chat to get nowhere, and a website that gets me nowhere. I have a broken mower and no assistance from Ryobi to get it fixed. Assume you have a 1 year thru HD. RYOBI customer service is appalling.

The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful during this sale. The store was set up so it wasn’t too hard to negotiate the isles. Checkout seemed to be running smoothly too.

See title I am owed money as I returned 4 items but the clerk only scanned two items. I did not check my receipt.

In the evening, shopping experiences, I have had here recently there is always plenty of associates to help you find things, give you feedback on your intended purposes for the product, and share their knowledge with you!

We had been to different stores in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee and could not get the proper help like we got here at Home Depot in Wenatchee, much appreciated them.

Our customer service experience was bar none! People were great, we kind of feel like we got a little bit duped with the prices. But, the great people helped us work that out.

Worst customer service at a Home Depot

Great customer service at this Store.

Needed a specific bolt and without asking a staff member, Dave, asked how he could help. He knew exactly where to find what we needed and even checked us out. He had the best attitude and we could tell he enjoys his job.

Had trouble finding my items and they were very heavy. Richard was excellent at helping me find my items and loading them for me.

We were very impressed with the prompt, knowledgeable & friendly service.....even a partial return was so quick & streamlined and we have always trusted product quality at this store!

Not a fan of being a free employee to help their margins. I can purchase these online for less expensive. Sadly I can no support local when local no longer supports the local employees

Got the carpet and pad with the help of Zeb the carpet specialist so fast and easy, I was in and out in less tha 20 minutes.

Decent English skills should be desirable. Employees should also know the difference between sheetrock & plywood, also how to spell both. Very frustrating shopping experience. You shouldn't just hire people then throw them out there with nothing.

Store is clean, well lit, plenty of inventory and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Always my first choice when doing honey do's around the house.

Purchase new countertops and the service person was able to answer all our questions. Very satisfied.
