Friendly and helpful staff.

I love having a home depot near my house. I love home improvement projects. You always have a great selection and I also love being able to shop on line and pick up items from your store.

I have purchased 3 major appliances from this store by phone. With all of these transactions, the personnel (Christian and Daisy) in the Appliance Department have been patient and have explained all that is involved in completing my purchase. I am very very impressed with the service they have provided. They both have personalized my experience.

Every time I go into the Wenatchee Home Depot store, the employees always ask if I need assistance. Your selection of merchandise is far superior than your competitors.

An employee who works in the appliances department and provided my fiance and I with the absolute most amazing customer service. Prior to meeting with this Home Depot employee we had been inquiring at a different home improvement store for Samsung appliances and had the worst experience with customer service. The appliance bid we were inquiring about took over a month to be complete.. which was after SEVERAL (5+) trips into the store, phone calls and emails.. and still the final bid was incorrect. Very discouraged by our previous experience, we decided to come to Home Depot and try again. We are first time home buyers, working on remodeling two homes in the Ellensburg area. We were exhausted and very fed up when we met with this employee but he immediately found us what we were looking for and his knowledge of all the appliances we were inquiring about was incredible. He was prompt, he did exactly what he said he would do for us, when he said he would do it and he delivered us the bid and service we had been looking for and relying on to complete this remodel. He was able to get us our bid by the time we left the store THAT DAY and had done everything in his power to raise our hopes that appliance shopping and remodeling really isn’t that horrible when you are able to receive the necessary help to accomplish your remodeling dream (without the added headache of poor customer service and sales experience). All while he was in the process of training a new employee how to provide excellent customer service as well. Neither my fiance nor I have ever received the type of customer service that we did from this employee every time we came in to Home Depot. He really did go above and beyond to ease our frustration and stress, making this remodeling project enjoyable again. He was incredibly friendly and didn’t make us feel pressured or like he was just there to make a sale. I truly believe that he is there because he absolutely, genuinely cares about the customers that come through those doors and walk into his department seeking help and answers. I can’t say enough good things about him (or Home Depot because of him) and I hope that this letter will somehow show just how much Customer Service and Sales agents performance really does have an impact on consumers and customers. I also hope that he will certainly receive some kind of recognition for the outstanding job that he does every day he is there or at least let him know how much we appreciate him and all of his hard work and dedication.

The people at my local The Home Depot are what makes it special. They are knowledgeable and personable. They are eager to help you find whatever you need.

Solomon was the employee to help me and he was very helpful!

Needed fast, prompt & friendly service in getting the supplies I required and Joe in plumbing was and is that employee! He is a prime example of what customer service is all about . I would highly recommend asking for him no matter what department you need because he will take you to where you need to be.

Our Cashier, Solomon, made our visit special. He was a refreshing young man. Very courteous and helpful. Paint Department employee could learn from Solomon!

Over the last year we have been building. I go to the store 3-5 times a week for new construction I’m the runner for my husband. I am very seldom asked if I need help, I always have to go looking for someone. There’s certain isles of the store that the employees are worse than others. Customer service absolutely sucks. I can name 2 men that have been very helpful but for the majority it’s awful.

Great place to shop with very friendly people. The people in the orange shirts were extremely helpful and made sure I knew where I needed to go to find the items I was shopping for. My cashier Chris was Fantastic!! Professional, Friendly, Funny and had me on my way quickly with a smile on my face.

I live in Kent but I'm building in E. WA. The Wen. Home Depot is my go-to store for whatever I need. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Never been disappointed.

Service was top notch. Was helped in paint, electrical and plumbing.

The manager at the Customer Service (Glenda) was very knowledgeable of the computer and cash register system. She was truly "Excellent" And this was not the first time she has been helpful to me. Congrats to Glenda!!

Having great people who are polite and understanding

Exceptional customer service! In corporate businesses with maximizing profit and controlling expense, customer service is sometimes sacrificed. This Home Depot is the exception. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and courteous, all with genuine smiles. I was first greeted by Jeff, who was with someone but courteously introduced me to Theresa. Theresa quickly changed my order from a delivery to a pick up (because I needed the material sooner than delivery was available). Jeff finished with his customer and got Van to pick the order while Theresa got Flavio to finish the paperwork for me so she could help the next customer. What great teamwork! While I was waiting, one of the managers passed by, (Sean)watching and working with his employees to keep business flowing. About two minutes later he passed by again, this time stopping to ask if I was being helped. I said I was but he checked my paperwork and intuitively knew something wasn’t right. Sean then called Van to make sure he was getting the correct material. Moments later Van appeared with the complete and correct order. Van offered an apology for taking so long as he was picking plumbing conduit not electrical conduit. He didn’t try to make excuses, just an apology for taking so long (which he picked faster than I would have been able to anyway). What great teamwork! Kudos to the management or creating an exceptional culture in that store! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, courteous and had genuine smiles! That is something to be proud of! Thank you Jeff, Theresa, Flavio, Sean and Van!

Excellent customer service there are a few employees that they have a lot knowledge on the product they represent.

I like to shop at Wenatchee Home Depot because I like that it's always well supplied. I can always find what I need. It's clean and orderly. The people are friendly and helpful. I most definitely recommend this particular store to my friends and family.

Hard to find anything because of store layout. signs are not adequate. Same items are in multiple places in the store. Hard to tell what is on sale and what isn't. Check out is a BIT__!! No one to check out and finding someone to help is a waste of time!!

I've shopped at The Home Depot for some time. Staff is always friendly and for the most part they have a great selection of quite an array of products.

In the gardening section, Joyce and Anthony were really helpful to me at the end if a long busy day.
