Worst customer service and associates did not want to help with an error they made when i came in to purchase all my appliances for my home (5 appliances) and i had to pay more for the product as they would not change the price to what i paid for it before THEY had to cancel the order.

We encounter 3 employees at this visit to Home Depot. All very friendly, answered our questions and 2 went above and beyond their specific duties! We very much appreciated their attitude and service.

At least 90% of the staff and product have been great at this store, for years, in my opinion.

In today's world it isn't common to receive great customer service. Leading up to a major purchase, and finalizing a major purchase, we received efficient and professional service and a caring attitude. It's nice to feel appreciated for your business! I highly recommend Wenatchee Home Depot.

Why do you have the desk covered by individuals who have no idea how to place and qualify home owners? You store cost me 11 hours of drive time and money. I will never step back into a home depot.

We had a really big home project we needed to complete ourselves to save on it. Home Depot employees were extremely helpful with our needs.

Box stores have a reputation for impersonal service. We come to this store fairly often and have come to know some of the staff. They are friendly and helpful and our shopping experiences are generally good.

Bought plumbing parts, have not installed but I am sure the parts and the help from Joe, all well go well !

The staff at the Wenatchee, WA location is simply superb!!! They are helpful; patient and often have time to walk me to products I am not able to find on my own when they are not helping other customers. Special praise goes to Edna and Phyllis!

Purchased blow in insulation and needed the machine. Dealt with several staff at this location and each person was super attentive and knowledgeable. In addition, the pricing was significantly better on the insulation than the other big store in town

Dan was the most helpful and courteous associate we've dealt with in a long time. He was kind enough to take the purchased kitchen cabinets out to the car and loaded them.

Great help in finding the items I needed for my project, and making sure my needs were taken care of!

This is my second time using Home Depot for carpet installation. I am impressed with the quality of the product as well as the affordable cost.

In certain home projects that I have completed, it was so good to be able to ask someone knowledgeable about a project/material, etc. It helps in making certain quantity, quality, and correct product. Really appreciate those "older" folks!!!

Prices are fair, lumber always has to be selectively picked through. Employees are insanely difficult to find almost every single visit. Employees range from experts that are incredibly helpful to lazy ones who tell you to "look it up online" instead of attempting to help you. I've used this home depot over 50 times in the last 2 years as I live a block away. My experiences vary from absolutely amazing to frustrating and worthless depending on the employee experience. Pay your employees better and keep the knowledgeable ones! You're screwing up home depot! Employees Thomas (Tom maybe?) and Mike in tool rental have by far been the most amazing employees I have encountered

store is smaller than some, and doesn't have the biggest variety, but they have great customer service, and you can order online anyway. I found a product that didnt have military discount, and they gave me a discount anyway. always clean and friendly.

The associates don't help they would rather stand around and talk then acknowledge the customers

Beware - they don't honor return policies as other Home Depot Stores. I can't for the life of me understand why this is the only home depot in Washington State with a separate return policy.

I truly enjoy shopping here. The employees are always kind, professional and attentive. Houston is superb at all aspects of his job! Impressive forklift skills! Promote that young man!

The employees are easy to talk to, they helped me find what I needed quickly and fluently, they did not avoid my approach like other places, Don’t get me wrong I’m not a scary guy. The cashier was very nice had a good conversation, the same go’s with the employees, I will be more than happy to return.

Amazing Service Entered into the store and the employees greeted me right away, I was looking for a specific Item and tool chest and cabinetry, An employee came over to ask me if I needed assistance and he helped. I have never had a bad experience while shopping at Home Depot, If there is something that I am looking for and its not in stock, they offer to order it without me even asking about it.

Bad management, really poor store supervisors.

But I do not recommend taking the survey if it includes receiving a lot of advertising and promotional emails required to enter the prize sweepstakes. It’s examples like this that push me away from this store. No thank you. MP

Don't ever buy anything there without examining it closely for missing parts or misrepresentation from packaging pictures or else you'll be going back over & over. Someone's lazy. It pays to shop around.

The Associate from the appliance counter was so helpful and friendly. She informed us about all the warranty’s of the appliances we purchased and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend friends and family to this store.

Staff extremely rude. In a hurry to answer other customer questions rather than assist me with my purchase. Cashier was very sweet and helpful.

I can never get anyone to help me. One time I asked an employee for help. She said she would send someone to me. 30 minutes later, I finally left and spent $4000 at a different store where they actually provide customer service. It's fine if you don't need help. If you do, you are really out of luck.
