We love our Wenatchee Home Depot. We find shopping there always a pleasant experience. There is always plenty of helpers and knowledgeable people to help us each step of the way in our home improvement endeavors. I have shopped at other Home Depot‘s and with the exception for the one in Olympia which is also awesome., there is no way others even compare with with our Wenatchee Home Depot. We also had the opportunity to shop at the Home Depot in La Mirada California ...absolutely no help at all down in that store. ..And we had to load our own truck after spending over $500 on roofing. I Iliterally bragged about how awesome our Home Depot was at home in Wenatchee and how you go out of your way to help with product knowledge and help with heavy loads into our trucks. Love you guys!

Very friendly and helpful people here in this store.

Although the store must follow company directions I think it would be better to have a few better quality tools. For example the wood working chisels will not hold the sharp edge needed for cabinet or furniture work.

Every person that I ask for help was very helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions and guided me to the right product for my project. I love coming to this store, not only for the great costumer service but for the product I purchase. Good quality overall.

I exclusively shop at this home Depot whenever I can because the customer service is amazing. The employees are always willing to help and give guidance whenever I have questions. I have never had anything less than a great experience here.

I've shipsho here many times and I've had only positive experiences. Pam, Joe II, Carol, & Ash have always been helpful, true assets to the store.

The store is always clean, there are usually always enough employees to get help if it's needed. We have a very small community so there's not a lot the store could do wrong to keep me away, but I appreciate that the store is always well kept.

Well stocked, knowledgeable staff. Store is layed out well, staff knows where items are as well as checking in with you to see if you need assistance.

Truly outstanding customer service. Employees really care about the customers and they go out of their way to help out. I shop here several times per month and always have a positive experience. They routinely make accurate cuts on sheets of plywood, which is truly helpful in completely quality projects.

Went to purchase a dryer. Brent and leslie were so helpful and friendly. Will not shop anywhere else!

Easy to park Rows well Labeled Well stocked Friendly staff Some stuff is up high. It would be nice if there was more staff or a call button to get help

Pam at Home Depot took the time to help me find all the attachments for a new air compressor. She was extremely helpful. The store also offers a military discount. Thanks for supporting our troops!

My Wenatchee Wa Store right on my way into city , also go by both ways if going to My Mom's . Close to Moms if she needs anything . Can get what I need and return back to my project fast

I have spent a lot of money on home improvement and love home Depot. I want to replace more doors and then carpet, it will be at HOME DEPOT . I was at the service desk and the lady on the phone was getting scolded for a block delivery and she was trying to answer the guy on the phone but she kept he cool the whole time. She was great!!

For customer service and a manager that really doesn't care about how their staff staff act towards customers

We had no trouble finding the products we were after. The young man who helped us was wonderful. His name is Jeremy. My husband is 80 and maybe not as fast as most. Jeremy helped him get the lumber and other product. He even loaded it in our pickup. He was very patient and kind. I want to thank him again. Our cashier was Kathy. She was very helpful. Had a smile. You would be surprised how many times cashiers are to busy to smile or have a word with their customers.

Lynne saw that a line was forming at the return desk and promptly came over to make it a quick and easy return. Very friendly and competent. Thanks!

Not sure if the Lacey store is Wenatchee store. I went to the store on Marvin rd in Lacey 98516. The help was the very best. Way to go Huy you made us feel like you genuinely cared.

Most, if not all, of the department employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My experiences with the cashiers has been great; they are efficient, fun and friendly. The store overall is kept clean and organized. Thank you Home Depot for your efforts!!

The Wenatchee Home Depot has been a huge help to my husband and I during our ongoing remodel and building projects. The store is organized and clean; generally easy to navigate through. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects of building. We are generally able to find everything we need here at much better prices.

Helpful employees. They stop what they are doing to ensure I found what I needed.
