I like the store verry much because you have almos everything you ever need in a one store.

This Home Depot store is always very clean, neat and the employees are very friendly. The employee I recommend to assist anyone is Mr. Gillermo Zincke due to his knowledge of the appliance and overall the store and products. Please hire more employees like him at all your stores.

The store is dirty, clogged with merchandise on the isles, shopping carts are dirty and spread around the parking lot, blocking spaces, not where they should be. Employees are not helpful, they prefer to talk among them, pretend that they are busy, ignoring customers or simply hide. The store is not fully stocked. Ask for a manager... and you will stay the whole day waiting.

When I asked for help the employee was busy with another customer and didn't even bother telling me to wait that he would soon help me.He didn't even looked at me. Then when I went to pay, the cashier took very long because she had no experience in using the cashier. There were about 4 people behind me that also had to wait but some list their patience and left.

The cashier ana helped me find my product and was fast, helpful, nice at check out.

Mr. Marco and Mr. Danny, store employees went over and above their call as an employee. The lady that receive the merchandise that I was returning engaged in an unpleasant conversation with one of my employees. Yes i know that he is rude but we cannot engage in the same behavior when we are dealing with customers.

In the past, we hadn't had great experiences at this store. This was all changed when we met Jay Howard, Margarita and Danny on our last shopping trip. Jay actually approached us to ask us if he could help us decide on a ceiling fan- he proved to be of invaluable help. We ended up buying a ceiling fan he recommended according to our needs. and even an expensive generator. He introduced us to Danny (sheds), and Margarita (cashier), who were also instrumental in making our experience extremely pleasant and productive.

This is The Home Depot store with more appliance selection. I purchased an electric range at this time but I'm also considering getting a new refrigerator according to the floor models I was able to see. Overall, the staff is extremely friendly and Alejandro also assisted me in the purchase of a roll of wire I needed to support the canvas of my gazebo. Congratulaltions to The Home Depot for the selection of their staff.
