IT'S ALWAYS GREAT TO SEE ALL THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ON DISPLAY AND EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST US.

I was very disappointed with how the store handled my kitchen cabinets and countertops order. The measurements were faulty causing me to have to pay a contractor to modify existing wall structures and then I was billed over a thousand dollars more to put in the countertop than I was quoted. Additionally, the handles and knobs were not received when the cabinets were delivered and the store had the nerve to say (after 2 months) that the ordered was just delayed. 3 days later the handles and knobs just happened to arrive. Overall I was very disappointed with the whole project from beginning to end.

Friendly staff, employees available to help.

The associates are always professional, courteous, and helpfull. One associate even taught me how to refinish a 150 year old steamer truck that had been neglected in my attic for decades. I lined it with blue silk and it will be passed down for the next 150 years. What service!!!

I love shopping at this Home Depot store because the associates are so willing to help. The store is always nice and clean and I'm always able to find everything I'm shopping for. I drive to this store which is out of my area to shop just because I find even the parking area, the people easy to enjoy.

We are really lucky at our store. We have dependable knowledgeable people who go out of their way to help find what we need. We also need to let them help there current customer and be patient. Patience is rewarded with a smile and great service.

Am grateful to shop at The Home Depot with knowledgeable folks that are honest and direct in communication. Often I get the chance to bump into neighbors and the military veterans I know from going to the V.A. I have received sincere thanks for my service at the cashiers when I check out and am grateful for the military discount I receive on purchases. The store is clean and always displays our beautiful flag of the United States. It's always a pleasure to shop with friendly people.

Employees here are not polite and avoid you when you try to ask questions.

I had expiring coupon for a mop refill. The mop was not on display. Several employees tried to find the item from high area above the display but with no luck. Store manager told me mop was someplace in stock but gave me a rain check and suggested I will find it in a week. Mop was not on display the following week, but I found it on display on my third visit. I needed help from an employee to remove it from the display. Employee was helpful and pleasant. My coupon was honored.

Very helpful employees in ALL departments! I often need help in plumbing, electrical, garden, and appliances.

The service desk employee Tamika , John, Zack. and Elizabeth are as always helpful when I arrive at this store to shop or return items. In fact everyone at the service desk is always willing to lend a hand to every customer who enters the store.

nice place to shop for home goods

I am generally not satisfied with Home Depot. Many of the employees seem to not being interested in making sure that the customers experience is a good one. To them it seems like just a job. People like that need to find something else to do, others would gladly take their place. There aren't many options these days, and because of the close proximity, I tend to go to this store. I have only lived in the area since the end of february and wish I had a better, closer place to go.

The employees need to go back to customer service training and act like they like working there. Worst experience I've had in years. I will never shop there again.

Ms Jaime store manager and Cashier Linda and head cashier Patty Did the extra effort to solve my issue with my Home Depot credit card It took them about 1 and 30 mins to solve because the credit card companies lack of responsiblity and poor customer service She was able to find the right person to solve the issue Special thanks to the store manager and 2 associates for their extra effort Our neighborhood needs more people like them to take responsibility and courage to step up whatever they do or the position they are at Thank you

The store associates were very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. I will return to this store to purchase more supplies when needed. The customer service in the store was outstanding.

This store is conveniently located at the junction of two major roadways: Jog Rd. and West Atlantic Ave and therefore is easy to drive to. There is always plenty of parking space and it has been well lighted at night. The store hours are great and long and they are open most nights to 10 PM. The later you go the fewer other customers in competition for the sales people.and the less shopping carts to dodge. The return desk is right up front when you enter and it is easy and fast to make a return. There are always plenty of carts and easy access to them. The store is bright, clean, with plenty of merchandise and it is well and logically laid out. Looking down the aisles there usually are sales people waiting to help and easily identified by what they are wearing. Those that helped me were knowledgeable about the merchandise in the rows that they were working in and even outside the row they are in and if I'm in the wrong row they will walk with me to the place I need to be for my purchase. To make a purchase you have a choice of automated unassisted checkout with one assistant standing by if you need help. The other choice is one or two non-automated but manned check out areas. I do not like the automated unmanned checkout at all so I always go to the normal manned checkout places. For me it has always been fast, less confusing, and pleasant to use. I most always leave there with what I came to purchase.

Harry Feuerstein, Appliance Specialist, is the best person for accurate information regarding comparison on appliances. We were shopping and not ready to buy three months ago, yet he was very helpful. He remembered us when we returned to purchase the refrigerator. A great associate and employee.

Employees are accessible, parking is easy and my experience is that it's worth a visit to this store if you're in search of hard-to-locate plants that may be unavailable or out of stock at neighboring area garden centers.
