Alex in the paint Department is one of the best employees I have come across in a long time and I do a lot of shopping

Josh was very helpful with my recent effort to purchase and secure a shed. He went out of his way to help me through the process. I was on my own when I attempted to tie down the large packages. Josh assisted me with the process as I wasn't familiar with the ratchet straps on the truck. He conducted himself with a professional approach and positive attitude. I needed help and Josh stepped up meet the need.

All of the associates are very friendly and helpful. The store itself is very nice and easy to find the things that I needed. If you can't find what you need a very nice associate will help you find it.

While shopping for items to do your home improvements..Home Depot is the place to shop! You definitely get more for the money!!

The West Mifflin Home Depot is staffed with the most courtliest employees. Every time I go into this store, I am approached by someone wanting to assist me. Even when I'm asking where a particular item is, they don't just tell me, they take me to it. That is so nice!!

I came for plant food and left with inspiration to grow my own vegetable garden. Michelle gave me great advice that I will always remember.

Exceptional service. Josh Kreuztzer, Floor Specialist, is a superstar that Home Depot needs to hang onto. He was so helpful, answered every question we had. We were lucky to have his help on 2 visits. First when we were looking at carpet and tile. A week later when we placed our order. Both visits he was most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even went to dinner late so he could process our carpet and tile order. Not many big box workers would ever do that. Every employee at this store not only goes out of their way to help but always has a smile and nice words to say.

Patricia,Gery and the other new girls at the pro desk are very knowledgeable and friendly they make me feel like family! Ray in flooring is also a great guy as well as all of your other employees! for the most part its a good supply yard. I like to see lumber stocked in 10 ft. lengths also.

Top to bottom, front to back, the West Mifflin Home Depot is my choice for home and business purchasing. While quality material, store organization and cleanliness are vital, the management and staff are exceptional and make my shopping experience a pleasure. MY Home Depot might be #4115, but it's #1 to me. Thank you.

The employees actually take pride in their store and job.

I was overwhelmed with options of area rugs from online, so I decided to go into the store for some help. I was looking for a temporary area rug for a room at my parents house for my baby. The sales associate spotted me looking confused in the store and offered her assistance. When I explained what I was needing and why, she really took a genuine interest in helping me find the right solution, which wasn't an area rug at all. Turns out cutting some soft carpeting for my little one to roll around on was the better option. This was not a sales transaction; this was a personal consultancy. Thank you Sam at Home Depot!!

Signage was unclear, store layout is not user friendly and difficult to find items. Had to ask three individuals where a particular item was before my question was sufficiently answered. Friendly associates but an absolute bear of a store to find anything in. Will be sticking to my neighborhood Lowe's.

Always have what I need. Fast and friendly service from staff. Neat clean and easy to find what I need. Rarely go anywhere else.

My husband and I visited the West Mifflin store recently to purchase several items for our home and yard to get ready for the summer. Every team member that we encountered was very courteous and professional. We needed help locating a few specific items, and they took the time to actually walk with us to the location of the items, rather than just giving us an aisle number. Thank you for your excellent customer service! We'll be back soon to purchase flowers and shrubs!!

Close, convenient with good variety, quality and fairly priced products. Workers are always pleasant and helpful. I was surprised though @ my last visit that the register clerk was unable instruct me where a general product was ! This had never happened to me before in this type of situation.

Over all this is a good store! Sales Staff very ready to HELP - GOOD SERVICE! I like much better than Lowe's!

Working on alot of projects right now so we have been in and out of Home Depot repeatedly these last few weeks. The sales people have been very helpful and there is always someone around asking if you need any help.

Prices are good ,selection of products excellent,returns are handled without any hassle.

Best staff, best products, best price, best service, clean facilities. For what more can I ask or expect?
