I found this Home Depot to be the best home center to fit most of my projects needs. I found this store to have very friendly and knowledgeable workers that go out of their way to make sure that you leave a satisfied customer. The store you will find is very neat and clean. Most of the time I am able to get right in and out of the store. There are times I need assistance and I know that any one of the workers there is willing to help to get you what you need. There was an occasion that Home Depot did not carry an item that I was looking for and the store worker directed me to a store that I could find that item. That's a perfect example of 100% customer satisfaction. I don't think you will find a better store around with the prices and services provided by this particular location.

The woman in the paint department was extremely helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and I find all the employee are always there to help.

The Home Depot, my favorite store. The staff was super welcoming.The store has good inventory. The staff is incredibly helpful. I will continue to use this store and return for my every needs. The Home Depot is an incredibly wonderful place to shop.

The store associates are friendly. If the item is not located at the store, they help with purchasing through internet online. They have internet store items in stock.

Dave was great. He located the item I needed for my dryer within a minute. He was very pleasant, had all his protective gear on, and saved me plenty of time. Dave went Above & Beyond. You may think that he was just helping. Help is what I needed most and he gave it, when needed, without hesitation.

Excellent service

Greg went far and beyond my expectations with helping me to out the right washer and had it setup for a successful delivery and removal of the old one.

Joe saw me drop a couple of my things and offered to grab me a basket or a cart me had a great smile and attitude after he grabbed me a cart he checked me out quickly and nicely.

It’s not that often that I absolutely need something but when I do, they always have it. Even during the Coronavirus mess, they were stocked and went above and beyond to help me find all that I needed. Every associate that I saw was being very cautious yet still super helpful and accommodating.

Cashier Tonya was very pleasant and helpful!

Staff are very helpful and the store is clean and organized. There is always a greater when you arrive.

If you would like to visit a store that would afford you a stress free shopping experience, please visit the Home Depot in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. The store is always clean and well stocked, and the Associates are always professional and friendly. One would have to experience the smiles only once, to feel the sense of care. There's no wonder why so many always find their way back to the Home Depot.

This store is super close to my house and every time I go here everyone is so friendly as well as super helpful. If you do not have the application on your phone yet then I recommend it. It will make things so much easier to find and such a breeze

The staff from the store manager, through the lot attendants are always helpful and pleasant. They have always gone beyond any of the other stores I've shopped to find or help me get what I needed.

Awesome store and helpful employees!

The employees have little customer service skills. Pete and his buddy, rather stand around leaning on product instead of helping . And when asked, they rather point. I did ask to be showed where, since I did go down said pointed to aisle and didn't find product, I got huffing from Pete and i just wanted to leave store without buying anything. I did leave my cart which had higher price saw in it for my husband and only purchased to clamps. Total of $2. I will not recommend this store and i will tell ALL my family n friends about this horrible experience. 2 thumbs down

Scotty, in Plumbing, was a great help in finding the right hose for my new washer. He also provided some information on how to adjust the hose, demonstrating expertise & caring.

We shop several Home Depot stores. We are very happy to be able to shop at all three. This particular store, as the others, has very nice and knowledgeable employees, lots of products, and great prices. This store is neatly organized. You can always get good advice and I think they go the extra mile to help you.

I have easy access to two nearby Home Depot Stores. I often use them interchangeably depending on where I am in the county. Each store has a personality and culture of its own, and I would highly endorse each store for their positive employee and customer culture. However, this store, Parkesburg, PA, has a very customer friendly feel that exceeds other stores I have visited. The sales personnel tend to be encouraging, helpful, and always have the time to solve problems, find products, help with online research, makes fair returns, and assist with check outs, particularly with large material purchases. Both stores are clean, well stocked, and well organized. No complaints for HD ever or for any reason.
