This store has knowledgeable associates and always very helpful.

The store was clean and organized. The employees were friendly.

This is The Home Depot that I typically go to when shopping for home improvement items, primarily because it is the one closest to my home. Beyond that I have found that the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in their respective departments, and I have found that if they are not able to offer the help that I need, then they are willing to find someone that can. So although I go to this Home Depot because it is close, I would not keep coming back if I found the employees unhelpful, since nothing is close to where I live driving a few extra miles to a place I could receive the help I need would be no big deal.

Great store If I need anything everyone is always willing to help.

This store is usually the only Home Depot I go to. It has what I am looking for and usually plenty of it. Sometimes you need more personnel, store gets real busy with only one person in the department.

The store is always clean and well organized and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Every Store has a their strong and weak points and overall it is not a bad store but at times help from employees can be lacking.

I came to copy my house key, I wasn't otherwise shopping. I asked a clerk where the keymaking area was and she immediately directed me to the correct area of the store. She was very friendly. I went to the correct aisle and asked a very young, very friendly worker for help. He made my keys and I checke out through the DIY aisle. Unfortunately, he picked the wrong banks and I'll have to go back tomorrow and start over. I don't mind, though. Everybody was young and green once. Even old guys like me (74 and retired. The store was neat, at least as neat as possible with so much activity going on.

STORE WELL STOCKED AND STAFF VERY FRIENDLY

I always shop at this Home Depot and always have a pleasant experience every time. This is a very clean store!! The employees are willing to help me every time I ask for help and if I haven't asked for help there is always an employee that walks up to me and asks if they can help me. I always find what I am looking for on the same day I go to the store. I went yesterday as well and found the hose I wanted and the electrical extension cords I needed....a huge variety is available to choose from so I feel confident when I head to Home Depot that I am going to leave the store with the items needed and always more than what I had on the shopping list, of course!!! I love this store!

Bought a washer dryer. Great service in appliance department. Best store in the Spring, Woodlands, Conroe area.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking at this stand alone store during non-peak hours versus other stores which have other anchor chains. Store staff is polite and know their product lines.

This visit to Home Depot was one of the best I had every had. I actually was able to get assistance most of the way through my shopping. There was a young lady involved and she stayed with me all of the way. The others went about their own business. She not only retrieved the boxes of lights I wanted, she also carried 2 crates I also wanted to purchase. I was in an electric cart and had limited carrying access! She accompanied me to the service desk where they checked me out efficiently and quickly! She then helped me to my card and loaded everything in the car. She even went back in & paid for something we forgot. I am thankful to her! Thank you very much! Normally do not get service like this, but I was so thankful and blessed.

I have been shopping at this store for almost 10 years and have ALWAYS had good service. I usually find what I need. And, if I don't, the employees have looked for what I'm looking for at other stores and brought it. That is what I call good service.

Everyone in this store seemed happy to be there. They were also very helpful and willing to stop what they were doing to help me.

This is a store you do want to go to, the employees are super friendly. The store is clean and always have what I am looking at in stock. I do not know what the management does to keep the employees so friendly, but if you have never been to this particular store you need to check it out. Yes there are other Home Depot stores, I have been to one other one in this area, but this one outdoes that one. And if you ever gone to the competition, next time you need something go to this Home Depot and check it out, you WILL return time and time again. High 5 to all employees from "Zandy"

Don't expect the prices you see online to be honored at the store even if it says the product is available in store at that price.

Great people, great selection!

Great place and not so crowded all the time and check out is quick. The workers there are always friendly and helpful! I buy most of my stuff for work here.

If you expect customer service go anywhere but here.
