The employees on two different occasion was not helpful are friendly. On 7/18/21 in the Garden dept. I was checking out in the self check out lane and I was having issues with the register.The young lady in the booth across from me was too busy texting on her phone to give me any assistant. I had to clear my throat trying to get her attention to help me. Then I went back 7/22/21,I had to pick up some more items. The two men in the garden dept. did not have the decency to help when they saw me struggling to put 2 large bags of rocks in my basket. Where do Home Depot get these lazy people from. Pitiful.

I am sure customer service can be improved at this store. You walk in unnoticed and you leave unnoticed!

This store is always well stocked and clean. Customer service is excellent.

This is the best Home Depot Store that I know in Houston Texas

The employee at the Kitchen Appliances section, Art Straka, was outstanding and I appreciated his extensive experience and knowledge as well as his overall helpfulness and courtesy. However, both this and other Home Depot stores use an extremely loud and almost painful audible warning sound on its mobile store vehicles used for merchandise transport. The noise was/is excruciatingly loud and made it almost impossible to converse with the employee serving me. STOP the excessive noise and be more concerned about the comfort of your customers. A little soothing music might be helpful. Your liability concerns far exceed any concern for the comfort of one's shopping experience!

Ms. Hayes was quite incredible..and just really above and beyond.. in helping me with my purchase of my new washer and dryer.

GREAT store. Location. Cleanliness. And (1) particular employee to ask for - Phillip Delasbour. He knows where EVERYTHING is in that store! And knows just about everything there is about product knowledge too! Never stopped smiling through ALL of my bothersome and worrisome questions. Even took over pushing my cart around for me.

Ms. Robinson went over and beyond for us. We chose our flooring but the backsplash was on back order so she waited patiently while we picked from other samples. She had to pull the original from the boxes because they differed from the samples. Even when we kept changing our minds, she hung in there with us, and always kept a smile on her face and warmth in her voice. Ms. Robinson made a stressful situation bearable.

The staff in kitchen appliances is very helpful.

This store is very convenient to my home and the staff is friendly and seems to enjoy their job. I usually find what I need at this store on Chimney Rock.

Elizabeth in the kitchen design department was excellent in making suggestions, answering questions and assisting in the design of my kitchen remodel.

I was able to purchase the exact items that I needed: A nice door mat for my mom and two battery operated motion sensor lights. I interacted with only one employee, an older lady who pointed me in the right direction. I checked out with ease at the self check out. The store was fully stocked with so much product both upon entry and inside. My younger brother had shopped here like up to three weeks earlier and founded the ac filters that my mom needed, filters that I could not find at the two other major retailers.

Amazing! Found items very well with the help of the friendly associates! Totally recommend to shop at this Home Depot. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Excellent and convenient.

I couldn't find an item and asked an employee for help, he said they don't carry that item. I continued looking on my own and found it. Another was dismissive and rude, not wanting to help anyone. Also noticed a customer needing assistance finding something. The HD employee didn't even know what it was, much less where it was. A second customer stepped in an directed him to the correct location. Pathetic that customers know where things are more than the employees. The self-checkout person is always rude and unhelpful, very unprofessional. Unfortunately this has been the norm for Home Depot for a while now. The other locations I've been to seem to have the same useless employees, and HD couldn't care less.

Great store! Friendly staff who know what they are doing and how to get you what you need for your home project. Ask for Rodney in Hardware and Makeba the store manager. They are the best!!!

Every time I go to this store I have to track down someone to help me and they act like I am bothering them. I had to wait an hour for someone in the flooring department.

Excellent shopping store!!

Employees don't wear their masks properly, over their nose, & some don't even have it on their face! When assistance is needed & the Self-check register loudly announces it, the employee walked off, disappeared & didn't return until I asked another employee for assistance. The self checkout employee was rude, sullen, non-apologetic for her disappearing & actually blamed me for her foul attitude, while only a few feet from me, to another employee, while exclaiming that she her prayer is how she's making it through. She isn't very bright & didn't understand why in a pandemic where a potentially deadly illness is spread by touch, I mentioned I'd like her not to grab my wallet out of my hand. She also seemed to have an immediate problem with me, even though i was polite the entire encounter.

Today appliances were purchased @ #0578 Westbury Square Store. Our We had a pleasant experience. Please acknowledge Young Lady Sales Cashier #00097/ 36372 who SOLD Us the Washer & Dryer Appliances (Not sure if this is Sales Associate number) however, gave GREAT Customer Service. We are Satisfied Customers!!! You need More employees like her. Thank you!

The associates here pride themselves on helping customers find what they are looking for and treat customers like they are their neighbor. Best shopping experience I have ever had anywhere.
