Managers are great here! My only complaint about this store is the lady that works in the door section. She is very rude and I would avoid having to mess with her.

Great customer service by the weekend staff! I needed a new grill, and not only did they offer free assembly, but also arranged delivery to my home (after it would not fit in my vehicle). All the staff I dealt with were courteous and friendly.

The Home Depot staff was great but your subcontractor RWB Installations rude to me. They came out to install my dishwasher and said that I had a home with copper pipe and because of that it would be additional $20.00. I said they didn’t mention that to me in the store. He said it’s because we have to provide an adapter. I said $20.00 an adapter seems expensive. He responded look we’ve got plenty of work do you want it or not? I said no for $20.00. Then he responded don’t raise your voice to me. I could not believe it.

Very poor customer service. Too many associates lingering around and have an attitude when you ask for assistance. This is most of the response, "I don't work this area." This store needs to closed down. Customer service seems to bad, worse and worser… No improvement with customer service what so ever. I am taking my business else where.

I came into the store to exchange a light bulb with my 10 year old son. While I returned the one we bought I sent my son to get the correct one. While he was in front of the bulbs Chris Fields (Asst. Manager) came up to him asking him if he could be of assistance. My son told him what he was looking for and found it and handed it to him. We were on our way to a scout meeting, so Chris introduced himself to my son and vice versa, he then asked if this was for a scout project, my son said no that we needed to change the bulb in his bathroom. Chris then asked him if he was going to change it since he is a cub scout, to which my son said yes. Chris was very engaging and friendly making my son feel welcomed in the store by treating him like a regular customer and not a 10 year old. Kudos to Chris and the rest of the crew that was working this evening. We love this store and will DEFINITELY be back!!! Chris made quite the impression on both my son and I.
