Ashantianna helped me find 2 nails...2 NAILS MIND YOU, I needed that were in boxes on a top shelf! It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but SHE DID IT !!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is a VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE TO HAVE AT HOME DEPOT !!!!! THANK YOU ASHANTIANNA!

Just spoke with Customer Service Rep, Jen Z. She went out of her way to offer superior service during a phone conversation where I was looking to see if an item was in stock. She actually secured the item and took payment over the phone for me to pick up later today. You could tell she cares about the customers and wants to leave a great lasting impression of your experience shopping at The Home Depot. You don't run into very many good service expreinces but this one actually made me say outloud that I would drive out of my way to shop at her store over my hometown! Way to go Jen Z. and The Home Depot for finding such a Gem for your team!

I've been having bedbug problems in a buliding I own and lease to the Veterans Administration Community Outreach Center; many of the Veterans who come to the building are homeless and carry bedbugs and lice (sad but true). I needed some very srong spray because commercial exterminators have simply not done the job. Your employees were very helpful in directing me to the insecticide I should use, and I'm confident this will be more efficient than the products being used by the "professionals".

My wife and I and to purchase a new entry door, but had to have it picked up the next day. I encountered Nate the Great while looking for help, and he immediately said he’d meet us in the aisle at the doors. Within 2 minutes he was there with a flat cart, and loaded the heavy door. Even though I tried to help, he said, “I got this”. Almost to the checkout, I got a text reminding me to get shims. I asked where to find them, as I was going to run back, he told me that he would get them. He explained to the cashier how to ring the order for next day pickup, and before she was done, he was back with the shims. I’ve been to this store a hundred times, and have never encountered someone as helpful and professional as Nate the Great.

Thursday when I came in to order flooring i saw a young black man with a beard and mustache and pink baseball cap sitting at the flooring desk on the computer, He did not have an apron on, but I know I seen him working there earlier in the week. I asked about ordering flooring and he told me that he didn't work here. When I said that I saw him working earlier in the week, he just got up and walked away. When I returned the next day I saw him working with the apron on. Why did the young man lie about working at Home Depot? Was it because he didn't want to help me place an order? That is exactly how I took it. Why does Home Depot employ people who is as rude as he was?

I had to go to a different store to get my product. This stores associates are very helpful. Helped me find the product and complete my purchase. Very great experience.

At HD, the people you think would be great at customer service would be the cashiers. My pro cashier Lavinia was awful at it. Her checkout gun was malfunctioning, somehow that got my mother and myself both yelled at for asking what was happening, and I flipped a 50 pound bag of sand to help. Then after being told to put in my card not being asked, I offered my pro account number and got told to just put it in myself. All of this in front of my 9 year old daughter and mom a week from Mother’s Day. The guy returning carts outside was extremely nice though.

My washing machine died yesterday morning so I headed to our Home Depot Store. They had the exact item I needed in stock, and delivery is within a few days. My sales associate was every knowledgeable about the machine, and the transaction was quick. Thank you, Home Depot for making this purchase so pleasant!!

We were happy with the selection of curtain rods and American flags you carry in the store.

Needed an item for a repair project. The employee who called himself Nate the Great took us to what we needed and suggested the best way to do the project. Was very helpful.
