Upon entering the store this morning, I was greeted warmly by the cashier who later offered suggestions for plants I should consider. She also helped me locate a specific plant I was looking for but had passed by without seeing. The cashier was extremely helpful, personable and competent. She made my morning shopping experience, a positive one. Thank you.

I bought a dishwasher and returned it. The customer service in the customer care area in the store is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone shop at 2901 Wheatland Rd Dallas,Tx 75237

Two ladies who worked in lawn/garden center were so helpful. Shout out to Darlene and Joyce! While Joyce checked me out and was so sweet, Darlene loaded my car and was extremely nice - helpful - friendly. Nice to get "old school" service versus self-service. Store was stocked with all of the items I was looking for. Great experience overall!

I must have you know how bad a Home Depot can be but this one was awesome we found a person to help us five different times they were all helpful they were all knowledgeable and they were all so friendly we really thought we were in a different store I've never been to this Home Depot before but I will be coming back to it it's worth the drive

Just wanted to shout out about the great customer service I received from Darla at the Wheatland Home Depot Store. She answered all of my questions, even walked me over to other areas and answered those questions about the products. Exceptional service and it wasn't even 7 am yet.... that's great customer service. I loved it... Debbie

I don't understand why Home Depot has a nursery center if they won't staff it. They should just stop pretending to be a garden center since they apparently don't have the staff to operate.

In order to receive the 10% Military/Veterans discount on purchases at Home Depot, showing your ID is now not enough. You, according to the cashier, must go online to apply to show you that your military service is appreciated by them, by applying for their 10% discount.

I was shopping at this location and i received excellent customer service from Jada and Darla.

My family and friends have been shopping at this store for some years and we had no issues whatsoever so far

My visit to the garden dept this morning was very pleasant. Darlene gave me a hearty greeting. The products I needed were available. I did not have to wait in line. Darlene offered to load my products into my car so that I would not have to wait. She was very Pleasant during the whole time I was there.

Store had items not seen at another HD

Dee or Damarea had a wonderful personality. I noticed his big smiles! Would love to see more of smiling faces at Westmoreland

Big box stores make me anxious. I was helped quickly and effectively. I was in and out no problems.

Received The Home Depot Cashback notification from Samsung pay as soon as I entered the store. Yet, they don't accept Samsung pay!???

Frustrating to visit because stock is scattered and disorganized and the employees don’t care.

I purchase her often, an so far everything that I have purchased, I am satisfied with.

I had no issue finding items I was looking for or what area they may be in, clean isle no clutter or over stock pallets or items on floor. Clearly marked isle signage was legible and right heights. Absolutely laid-out well.

Always helpful when trying to find product

I bought this product to seal some baseboards and it was all I needed; about one bottle per bedroom got the job done and looking beautiful. will definitely be buying this product again. This product is highly recommended and its worth the price.

This store is well stocked with lawn mower spark plugs and filter. it's just so tight pushing basket through out the store.

Only went here because of the rental service, never again. Rude, rude, rude employees. Fire Jackie, she's worthless in the front. She has no customer service skills.

Bre in customer service is a sweetheart. Very informative, helpful and kind. She treated my elderly grandpa with respect and Courtesy. She saw that he wasn’t able to stand as well with a cane and she went to get a cart for him to be able to walk/ride around the store to get what he needed.

Very rude to black customer by a white appliance staff!
