THE STORE IS ALWAYS SO CLEAN AND ASSOCIATES SO HELPFUL

I visited the paint dept. and found the associate very friendly and helpful. I went In to buy some paint and painting supplies, and was able to get in and out fairly quickly, which was appreciated since it was getting late. The associate was very knowledgeable and was able to find things and answer my questions. I got everything I went in for.

My husband and I went to purchase a new lawn mower and were not for sure what exactly we wanted. Luckily we had a store associate help us and we found what was perfect for us! Also as we were checking out we asked for military discount and for some reason it did not work with our product, but the cashier gave us a 10% discount anyway! Great experience!

Reason for visit was Led lightbulbs. The associate helped compare brands , and made recommendation for best product and price

Every time I've come to the Home Depot in Wichita Falls I am greeted by everyone I come across, and they ask me what I need or if they can help me. They are happy to help no matter where you are in the store.

Home Depot is the most favorite home improvement store to me. I am very satisfied with it's quality of products and price. If you buy certain products in bulk, the price is extremely cheaper than when you buy individually. Only bad part is that often takes some time to find help in the store.

Need more selection of trees and more plant sales. Had plenty of plants to choose from. This is a great store with plenty associate help.

It took hours to pick out all the items needed for our bathroom remodel. Found great products at awesome prices! Our sales associate was top notch!! Cannot wait to see it all come together.

Every time I go here, I enjoy shopping, perusing, etc. and whatever I end up buying, I receive good assistance with. I am building a cinder block wall on my patio and Paul has helped me load 60 cinder blocks into my vehicle quickly and efficiently. The only thing with the store, as with any home improvement store, is figuring out which items are outside and which are inside (specifically with lawn care and storage).

Went to this store to find a throttle cable for a lawnmower. I had no problems in locating a staff member who led me to the part I needed. Good Job

I am currently renewing floors in my house and the rental associate guided me to the right sander for the flooring that I was updating. The sander he recommended worked like a charm. My floor looks great and I was told to expect what I got. The equipment worked great and the coating he recommended went on easy and dried quickly. Overall I'm happy with the sander I rented and the polished floor will be ready in 1 day.

I always receive good service from the associates at the home depot. The cashiers are friendly and inviting and the department help will always take time for you. And if they can't help they call someone who will. Finally, someone will come out to help load larger items. From the time I enter the store till I drive away this is probably the best customer service of any store in town.

People are friendly, get extremely good deal some items if you buy in bulk. Prices are reasonable. It's just very comfortable to shop here as the employees here are very laid back and let me shop the way I want to. I use this store most of home improvement items.

I found everything I needed on this trip, and even found a few items that I didn't expect to find. This is my favorite home improvement store to shop at.

They looked up the product that I was looking for ( Rejuvenate Soap and Scum Remover ) and although they did not have it stocked, I was able to order me two bottles right there!
