Ordered this online and it arrived at the store promptly. Unfortunately it didn't come with mounting bolts or seal. So I had to purchase those since they always rust. This toilet also costs more than many toilets out there. Hence the 4 star review. However, we are very pleased with it. It is well made, the dual flush works GREAT, have never needed a double flush for solids, and the lower flush is very good too. The buttons feel good and the labels are easy to tell which button is which. Lastly, this toilet is not at all loud, as some toilets are. No jet engine effect. I am happy with the purchase and recommend this dual flush for anyone wanting to save some water.

This was an excellent choice. It flushes without issue. Great toilet! Also saves water but does not diminish its function!

great looking toilet. Flushes well. easy to install - hey it's a toilet - so no different than most. HD online order came in ahead of schedule. Will replace other toilets with this.

Just had this installed in a new bathroom and we love it. It's an attractive toilet (as much as toilets can be) and I love saving .6 gallons with every "light" flush (or liquid flush? Not sure what to call it). Bought the American Standard Cadet slow-close lid and it fits perfectly. Very happy with this in the first few weeks of use.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jim It's a delight
I bought this toilet in July of 2015 and it has been a delight in every way. It has a smaller foot print than my old toilet making for more space in my small bathroom. The toilet bowl cleans easily and has not accumulated the orange rust in the bottom that my older, cheaper toilet had. I just cannot abide that :-). The power/effeciency of the one gallon flush is such that using the 1.6 flush is rarely necessary, no matter the load. I installed the toilet myself but would not do again simply because the weight of such a project for someone my age was a bit too much. Otherwise, the install was simple and easy enough. I highly recommend this toilet and will likely buy it again for my guest bathroom. The only reason I haven't already is that bathroom gets little use. If you are thinking of buying this toilet, think no more, just do it.

Bought this because of the two stage flush and it measures less distance from the wall in my small bathroom. Installation was as easy as other toilets. I liked the fact it came in two pieces. Made the placement and attaching of bolts easier. The flush system mechanics looks capable of standing up to many flushes. We like the top button flush with two choices of water to use.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by julie7890 happy with toilet but not delivery
bought 2 but one came shattered in pieces. Home depot replaced it but it wasn't as easy as we thought since first they told us that it has to go through manufacturer, not them, to replace. Called manufacturer and they of course told us, no that HD will need to replace since it was broken via delivery (nothing actually wrong with toilet's function or missing a part). Anyway, after all the hassle we did get the replacement via HD. The toilet is great, love that the stain protection actually works, I really don't have to clean it that often... before I would see that "ring" in the toilet but now I clean just because it's been so long and makes me feel uneasy... no longer see that "ring" anymore :)

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ArchmageZ Nice Toilet, Some Poor Quality Control and Bad Instructions
It is strange to get excited for a toilet, but I was excited to get this one installed. The idea of a nice design, with dual flush, and that was so well reviewed--awesome.
The installation was relatively straightforward because, well, it's a toilet. However, while the instructions with the toilet are good for the general installation (bowl and tank), they are absolutely useless for setting the positions on the valves/floats inside the tank. Since those are the items that are different from other toilets, I really was frustrated that this wasn't the clearest section. Additionally, the bowl seemed to be very loose--until I was told by a plumber (who came to fix a leaky supply valve to the toilet, as that's beyond my ability level) that the instructions hadn't mentioned using metal washers to really tighten the bowl down. We also talked about the toilet always running, and he agreed with what I had seen before, which is that the float was cracked. This prevented the float from popping up, and kept the toilet constantly running. The float was actually cracked in two places, and the way it was cracked suggest it was that way from the factory.
To add a little more salt to the wound of the installation process, the toilet does not sit flush with the wall like the old toilet did, even though the rough-in is exactly what this toilet requires. The gap is probably about 1", and in some ways I like it because I appreciate being able to paint the entire wall when needed, but it is unusual. Also, the holes on the tank are slightly out of line, so the tank sits a bit askew on the bowl; it's only enough that you have to really look to see it.
Once everything was installed correctly, and now that we have used it for several weeks, I will say I still like the toilet's design. The functionality of the dual flush is very nice, and we've only had one clog that we were then able to clear out much more quickly than with our old toilet.
Grand summary: I like the toilet now that it's installed, but the quality from the factory was poor, and the installation guide was awful. I wouldn't recommend the product to others because of those latter, negative items.
