Spend the extra money for this top of the line. The less expensive drain kits are described as "brass" but they only have a brass finish. Working with real brass instead of plastic and steel guarantees tight fit and no leaks.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by longday13 Needs some altering
This drain needed some altering to fit the Cambridge tub. The drain pipe was too long, had to be trimmed shorter or the overflow wouldn't line up. Also, the decorative cap is a pain to tighten because the screw is a flat head that has nothing around it to guide a blind screwdriver. The directions for the adjustments for the Cambridge were inaccurate & needed to be modified.

I am not too crazy about this drain. It looks fine, all metal, but when the water drains from the tub, the drain starts to shake and closes shut. Annoying.
