Connected with service agent Ralph who understood exactly what my issue and was able to quickly solve my connectivity issue and get me set up and running with my Amped Wireless Expander in record time. Ralph even emailed me step-by-step instructions of what we did so when I move or require a new modem, I can perform the setup on my own without having to call in another time. Thanks Ralph

I had bought this range extender many months ago & had my daughter install it at my mother-in-law's house. It worked great. I moved it to my house a few days ago & realized I didn't know how to install it. I call customer service and was lucky enough to get Ralph on the line.
He took me step by step thru the entire set up & explained all the features & the difference between 2.4 & 5.0.
I like the SR10000, but I LOVE the service that Ralph provided. I will definitely purchase Amped products in the future because of the great service I recieved from Ralph.

I had to reconnect my Range Extender because I purchased a new router. Sam was the technician that assisted me with this procedure. He is a fine representative for your company. Sam was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and explained all the steps in a very clear and concise manner. In a matter of minutes he had me up and running again. I would recommend that you make every effort to see that he remains with your company.

I bought this to extend my wi-fi and so far its been a few days and i'm happy with it . My wi-fi seems to be working much better. Thanks to Ralph, we got it all programed and working. Thank you Ralph for being so kind in explaining step by step and being with me on the phone for almost 45 min. I would of never been able to to this without your help. Thank you so much for your help.

My set up went great and the extender has been working great for us. However, the other day I noticed I forgot to set up password protection and I was having problems finding the settings menu. I called customer support on a Sunday, not really expecting anyone to be there. Well, much to my surprise I was connected to Kristin in Customer service, she was bright, intelligent and got me right back on track. I could not be happier with my decision to buy my Amped Wireless router and extender.
