My Model 911175 is rear wheel. I prefer real wheel. I believe I get better traction, but you'll get used to
whatever you have.

Answer:
It does not but I wouldn't want one. It allows me to speed up and slow down with ease. Very little pressure required. You won't realize it's there once you use it awhile. I had one on my craftsman.

This mower will come with rigid attached like the picture shows. Ariens does offer a swivel wheel mower in our classic series called a LM21SW.

Razor 21 in. Variable Speed Walk Behind Gas Self Propelled Mower is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is worth the $$$ This is my second Airens mower...But this mower for the price is very good. The features you get with this is not matched like any of the other mowers like this on the market. The easy use of the bail to adjust the bars out of your way is the best feature in my opinion. The use of this makes it easy to get the grass bag with out the bar in your way....Also when you store it in a small shed or just dont want it noticed that bar will go all the way forward over the motor to be out of the way. The 159cc mower is more than enough power for home use....But the best thing about it is the price. I did a lot of research on mowers and Airens mowers still win me over with style, concept, and just how good this company is....Go with Airens...you can't go wrong.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great mower when is works I was very excited when I purchased my mower. But that excitement quickly went away. In less than a year I've had three wheels and the height knob fall off and the drive belt fail. This mower has been in the repair shop more than I've been able to use it. Huge disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ariens Razor Mower Awesome mower. I have a 15 yr. old Toro selfpacer. So I thought why not get another one. Big mistake! Had It the shop 5-6 times. Got new carburetor put in. No go. Thank goodness Home depot took it back. So I ordered the Ariens self propel mower. Came in about a week or so. It is so easy to start. The one point to lift all the wheels at the same time is a timesaver. The wheels do not spin on wet grass due to the rubber wheels. Another nice feature is that you do not have to tip the mower to drain the oil. It has a drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan. I only had a chance to cut once now that winter is here but I hope to get many years of use out of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in class quality and design. Been using Craftsman brand for 3 decades. That means at least 10 different mowers in that time. I just bought the Razor self propelled with electric start. Off the charts better quality than any Sears brand that I ever owned. Love the deck height adjustment system. Electric start is a blessing, especially for my left handed wife who has always had problems with pull start. Now she has no excuse helping with the lawn, thanks! Only one caveat, a little loud! Muffler seems to do little to quiet the motor to comparible standards of competing mowers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good My Razor was ordered from Home Depot and shipped to the store. It came fully assembled including oil. I have owned toro and craftsman walk-behind mowers. They have been good to me even though I am very hard on the bodies. So far the Ariens is everything as advertised. Starts easily, has great traction up hills, and my biggest surprise was how manicured my lawn looked. A notch above; "just mowed", really nice. Hopefully the later model engine I have will live up to Arien's promises. No problems at all yet, no vibration and quiet for a 4 stroke. The warranty is reasonable and should give me enough time to work out any real issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible. The Razor is built like a Sherman tank and could easily be marketed as a commercial mower. The deep deck allows fine mulching even with thick, tall grass. One lever blade height adjustment is convenient. At 6' 4'', at the highest setting, the handle height is perfect for me and very comfortable. The bag fills up completely and is very easy to change. The 159cc Loncin engine is well made, quiet, sips gas and always starts on the first pull..no priming.. Overall cut quality is fantastic with great striping. My lawn looks like a golf course, as I usually cross cut. The electric starter is also very easy and reliable. Battery has over a month long life on a charge. The self propelled transmission is responsive and easy to use. Overall, the Razor is simply an incredibly built, overengineered, < which is a compliment> Toro killer that I expect I will proudly operate for 20 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product and a great value. The Ariens mower is terrific. It starts instantly and cuts very well, even in wet grass. It is a little heavy and I highly recommend the self propelled model. But, other than the weight, it is an outstanding product that will last for years. I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 100% the best piece of yard equipment ever purchased! I have only mowed with it 5 times. I used the side discharge the first 2 times and have mulched since. I went from a front wheel drive on my last mower to this rear wheel drive on this. I worried thinking it would want to pick the front wheels up, nope. Maybe if the bagger was full of wet grass but I don't bag so I don't care. I didn't care about the 1 lever to adjust the wheels feature until I now. I think it actually cuts more level with this feature. Shouldn't really make a difference so maybe I just love the mower that much. I actually hose it off before I put it away which you should with every mower but who really does that? I never did. It starts first pull. It uses less gas than my last mower but it was 10 years old. I sure hope it holds up because initially, I love it. I also own a self propelled Ariens snow blower. Great unit too but this mower is the best! USA!
