CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by It looks good and pretty easy for me to put togeter, but the metal gauage is pretty thin The store in my town does not stock it so I had to drive 35 plus miles one way to pick it up at another store because my store does not transfer this item to there store I was told there and it was high shipping to my house like $150.That being said I put this up over the week-end and it looks real nice and it went tighter pretty well by myself. The worst thing about this shed is it is made of thin metal that is about like a soda can thickness. If I lived where there was hale storms or snow I don't think it would last long. I don't know why the gauge is not list in there ad for it, my sister-in-law has one that is older , but the same size and brand , but heaver gauge. If I were going to recommend this it would not be for places were snow and servere weather. May 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value, one altered instruction * Looks great assembled. * Good price. * When finished, it is very sturdy. (I didn't use the floor frame kit provided, so I did some jig-sawing and beefed up the ceiling with some of those unused pieces.) * Lots of extra screws, bolts, washers and nuts - MUCH appreciated! * Use an awl to line up holes or even punch your own holes occasionally. (I don't recommend punching holes except in those cases where you absolutely, positively cannot get all the holes lined up. It would throw off the remainder of the holes.) * Step 6 should say to complete one corner at a time instead of leaving three corners dangling while you work on the fourth. We (my girlfriend helped me with this project!) couldn't get the individual corners to stay erect in the slight Colorado breezes - we didn't even want to let go of it for fear it would be bent out of shape - so we added on front and rear wall panels one corner at a time for bracing. * I assembled all the pieces indoors on a flat floor - much easier than out in the yard. I did this as time allowed over the work-week, and everything was ready to assemble by Saturday morning. * The base MUST be level and flat - I took extra care here and it was worth it. * If you read the directions very carefully and follow them as written (except as noted above in my case with step 6), you should have no trouble assembling this shed in two days. Rated 3 out of 5 by Great for the price Holes will not line up no matter how level and square your frame is. The instructions are bad. Don't bother with the weather tape, you will need to caulk the whole shed if you want it weather proof. I put it together, had my mom hold the parts in place while I screwed them together. It took me 3 days and I had to call my son in on the last day because we couldn't reach across the roof to tighten the last of the screws. If you tighten them per instructions the roof bulges, they have to be left loose until all the panels are in place. Would have been super easy is everything really did line up, but only half of the parts did. Finished shed looks fine and holds everything I wanted to put in it. February 24, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by hokey hokey hokey!!! wow, this thing is unbelievable. the sheet metal is barely the thickness of an aluminum can. building it takes an ungodly amount of time. it began rusting after the first rain. i took it completely apart and built a wood shed from scratch in less time than it took me to build this. junk. Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent little shed for price Took myself and my wife a day plus a few hours to setup. Unlike others, we had no issues w/ screws not lining up w/ holes, you just have to build it on a flat area - I did it in the garage and then got a hand moving it to it's base. My base wasn't perfectly square and that was a mistake. We have two of these sheds... one came w/ a rental property we bought and the other we built. Both lasted at least 5 years until the same storm brought a tree down on one and 3 1/2 feet of snow crushed the other one. We had zero rust at any time. The only real complaint I have is that the doors don't slide well even if you clean the track regularly. When the doors pop off the track after a full day or yard work, it's frustrating. I'm going out to buy replacements and will be buying the same shed again. The tree would have smashed nearly any shed, and leaving 3 1/2 feet of snow was my fault. July 21, 2012
