Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by We love our shed We had a few issues with some holes not lining up and it was challenging with the roof. We are pleased with our purchase and grateful to be done building it. We bought plywood for the floor and its supported by stepping stones under the 4x4 posts and we cut 2x4 into pieces to fit in between. May 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice shed! Take your time, will need two people to make it easier. Very happy with this shed, plenty of space. Perfect for my automotive spare parts. March 19, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Personally, it was a breeze for my husband to assemble, and has been solid as a rock. It took my husband a Sat/Sun & an additional Saturday of the next weekend to have it fully assembled and build a tiny ramp so we could drive our riding mower in. He had a complaint about how hard it was to put the last two panels of roof on, however, all it required was me to stand there with a wrench to hold the bolt tight as he couldn't reach through. Other than that though, it went great. I have become quite the expert at judging the ease of item assembly in respect to my husband. This shed, only made him curse twice. That's a new record, thereby I give it an A+ in assembly, and since all men like to shake and pound their masterpieces ("Oh honey we're just testing the durability!") he made approving grunts and didn't do any further work to it. So, A+ for the shed itself as well. I'd recommend it highly if you're considering it as one of your choices. July 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good Two people are a MUST for assembly - took us the better part of 3 days - not water tight or sealed up enough to keep bugs out - so you'll need 3 or 4 tubes of caulking to sealed up the roof seams to prevent leaking and all of the other massive gaps that are just part of the way it's designed. Not perfect = no one will ever get a perfect one - it's a cheap storage building. That said, put it on a raised platform so the floor won't flood out in rain (the floor kit that comes with it raised it like 2 inches off the ground) we built a platform raised 8 inches and discarded the sad little floor joists that came with it. Build platform - take your time, caulk the heck out of it and you've got a pretty good little shed. May 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by They say it's easy I'd say it's easy now. Once you muttle through the directions. I thought we, my family of four, would have this up in no time. Not quite. It did take a couple of days. My mistake was letting the wife read the directions. Not that women can't follow them, she finally admitted after a few days she had no idea what she was reading. A word of advice. Check twice. I had to go back and undo then redo quite a few steps. January 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Difficult to assemble...... This shed is a complete pain to assemble. The time estimates given are way too low and you definitely need 2 people through most of the process. Getting the 4 corners up and the wall frames up was the most difficult part and you really need 3-4 people for that one step. The instructions recommend using a step ladder to hold a corner but that is not sufficient. If the wind is blowing (even a slight breeze) do not attempt that part. The instructions also say to make sure you can complete the shed assembly because a partially built shed can be destroyed by even light wind. Plan on a VERY long day. Despite that, it is a good value and looks nice when assembled. You will definitely need a power screwdriver for assembly and will want to have an extra battery ready to go. You also need to purchase an anchoring kit depending on where you plan to assemble the shed. We built ours on a concrete pad and needed the concrete anchor kit to secure it against wind. You will also need to purchase plywood to put on top of the flooring frame. The instructions are quite vague and there are a few important things that aren't very clear. Our instruction booklet was so faded in spots you couldn't read the instructions which definitely complicated matters. This shed kit arrives in ONE box that weighs several hundred pounds. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Shed Very tough to put together. suggest reading entire instruction book before beginning. confusing instructions took 3 of us 4 days to complete. then I noticed all the gaps inside. I used great stuff and latex caulking to really seal it good. the roof was the hardest part to do hard to reach some of the screws without damaging the sheet metal. when its all complete it is a very sturdy shed. not something a novice should attempt. but its still a great value. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Large and roomy It does take several (3-4) people to put together. It took us 5 days to complete from making the frame and flooring to caulking the seams and screws. We put foam in the gap at the top of the roof and then painted it. This keeps rain from finding a way in. The tape provided was too small. If using tape it should be twice as wide. Overall, a great shed at a great price! April 29, 2014
