We live in the mountains and do not have a lawn, but natural woodland with some muddy patches in our yard. If you have dogs with muddy paws, do NOT choose a light color for the deck surface, as it is impossible to scrub the paw prints off of the Deckover paint! We have put quite a bit of elbow-grease into it and they will NOT come off (see attached picture). We used the Rose Beige color for the deck surface (awful only because stained with paw prints) and the Mountain Spruce color for the deck railings and spindles (looks great; see attached picture). The Deckover paint has really improved the look of our house, filling in the deck's cracks and gouges, making our ageing deck look new again. Other than the stained paw prints, the Deckover paint worked wonders. However, because of the paw prints that will not scrub off, next spring we will have to repaint with a darker color the surface of our very large deck. Luckily we have some leftover paint that we can have them darken the color of, and re-roll the deck surface, which will not be too time consuming. Painting in our intense Colorado sun was a challenge because the paint dries very quickly (paint in morning and evening; painting in the middle of the day didn't work very well). Overall, a very good product so far. Hopefully it will hold up well to our sunny climate where the sunlight is harsh due to the elevation.

Wanted a light color for my wood shop floor and decided on rose Beige, figured I could find stuff I dropped easier with a light floor. Coverage was great, and second coat went on very easy. Heavy ammonia odor and I would suggest if using in an enclosed space get some ventilation. Put down two coats on my 200 sq.ft. plywood floor and had plenty left to do the doors and touch up any cracks. I might not have filled. with the second coat.
