Answer:
I use the same pad for my tile as for my hardwood floor. I do change the cleaner though. I use the tile cleaner on the tile and the hardwood cleaner on the hardwood. But I don't change the pad in between. I throw it in the washer after I clean the whole house once or twice.

Answer:
No difference - the mop is the same and the pads are the same. The liquids, though, are different for tile and hardwood. I just switch the pads when I clean both type of floors at the same time, but after the pads are washed it doesn't really matter which is used for which floor type during the next cleaning.

Hello, the mop structure and pads are not different; the only difference is the cleaning formula.

Answer:
Yes, it works great with their microfiber dusting pad, which attracts the dust and pet hair. It's super.

Answer:
Not really. The mop is heavy and has the fixture to attach a spray bottle, so it is really made to be used upright for floor mopping.

Hello! We would recommend using our Bona Microfiber Dusting Pad for dry dusting. It's long microfibers pick up and lift dirt off the floor with electrostatic action: https://www.mybonahome.com/products/microfiber-dusting-pad.html

Hardwood Floor Mop is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 123.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works for me I have been using my original Bona mop for two years and now have had a second one for a year. (One for hardwood, one for tile). Both continue to work great and I have a lot of floor footage, no carpets. Yes, the bottle collapses and I run hot water on it when I refill, to reshape it. I am considering drilling a small hole in the bottle handle area and covering it when I refill. Hmm, maybe. Bona, how about a hole with a little plastic cap?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick Customer Service Response I have had my mop for a few months, but was having trouble with the sprayer recently. I would take the bottle off, it would spray a few times, then quit. Customer Service advised me to press down firmly with both hands on the bottle until I heard a click. I THOUGH I had been pressing hard enough but when I did as instructed, it solved my problem!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They stand behind their product I have enjoyed using the Bona Hardwood floor mop cleaner and polish. Makes the floors look amazing. After a month of using my mop I dropped it and the trigger will no longer work. I emailed Bona and with in 3 hrs I got a resopnse and a new mop is being mailed. That is fast!. Very please with the company and the products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I have used Bona floor cleaner for years, but my trusty old mop handle broke. So, off to Walmart to buy a replacement. All they had was this model so I gave it a try...literally A try, it squirted once (barely) and then nothing. I should have read the reviews on this site before buying, seems like lots of other folks had the same experience. This product should be recalled and replaced with a version that works reliably. Sorry Bona, but this is lousy product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE! I bought my first Bona spray mop several months ago and use it once a week. I have both original hardwood floors, as well as laminate floors throughout my house. I love that I can use the same mop and just switch out the cleaner based on what room I'm mopping. I love that the Bona is a super quick, easy way to clean my floors once a week. (We have a boxer so our floors can get really gross!) I HIGHLY recommend this product to all!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product used daily replaced at 18 months I am just replacing one we used daily for 18 months. It works well and we like it. Could have used a little more in the way people are going to store it, but it is good at what it is made for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless Mop I bought the mop last Wed. Got it home, unboxed and set it up, so ready to try it out on our floors. I sprayed the cleaner and was trilled to see it spray so strong and wide. I pushed the mop forward to spread the cleaner and with the first ounce of pressure, the silver pop-up button that holds the mop head in place, popped right off and rolled under the dinning table. I could not imagine a product I just spent $40 on would fall apart with the first use but that is what happened. The button is a terrible design flaw and i will not buy another mop unless that problem is fixed. Mop returned and money refunded.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Having trouble with the sprayer? I was just like most of the reviews here... Spray a couple times and it would stop spraying. I emailed Bona my problem. They emailed me right back. I didn't have the bottle clicked down far enough. There should be almost no gap between bottle and the blue plastic cup. It works great now...
