I needed a pantry that was lower in height than the standard 72" models, but wide and deep. To find one that matched the kitchen, met the size requirements and had ample storage was a daunting task. After getting sticker shock at solid wood pantries, let alone custom made, I'd nearly given up hope. I didn't attempt the "assembly required". It definitely takes two people and some muscle, especially because of the weight of the pieces. Also be sure to assemble it within the kitchen -- a necessity if you have narrow doorways. My handyman was impressed with the quality of this pantry. Once assembled it really does look like solid wood.

I had been frustrated with my hall closet doubling as a food pantry mixed in with tools, lightbulbs and other storage. Everything was crammed in there. Everytime I opened the door I would sigh deeply. I had a wonderful time organizing my new pantry...a place for everything and everything in its place! Hooray! The shelves are adjustable (except the middle support shelf), which is great since I needed a little more height on the top shelf. I added some bins to the bottom shelf so you don't have to bend over too long looking for those items. Also the color matched my other wood furniture. Bottom line I am extremely happy happy happy!

Was expecting more for price but didn't. Cabinet is cheap and 300 bucks is better spent for materials to build one that is bigger and more sturdier.

The cabinet arrived in two separate boxes to be assembled. My husband and I have been building and creating furniture and wooden products for 50 years. The holes and the screws and dowels did NOT align. We spent two days putting the cabinet together, and it looks terrible. The shelves have a gap from the sides, and the doors do not meet in the front of the cabinet.
The company offered to send us another cabinet if we returned this one. Taking it apart after putting it together for two very frustrating days was out of the question only to get a replacement that was equally bad. My husband had to drill holes to get the bottom shelf into the cabinet because the pre-drilled holes were off by more than an inch. This is really shoddy work, and when we called the company that manufactures it and asked to speak to a supervisor, the woman who answered the phone would not give us a supervisor. She ultimately hung up on us. This is not the way to run a company and market a product!

The finish on this cabinet was beautiful, although I did not keep it this color. The stain was rubbed off or incomplete on the lower door edge. Only issue I had. This is a wood product. I purchased it to create a 60s police call box for a friend. I sanded the finish down , primed and painted the cabinet in Behr Sapphire Lace. The cabinet assembled quickly. I had issues with the door adjustments but eventually got it good enough. My friend is very happy with the outcome.

One of the pieces arrived damaged. It wasn't damaged in shipping but it was packed already damaged. Both of the doors had several manufacturing flaws. The back was a thin piece of wood held together with tape. This cabinet is poorly made. Not worth the money. We took it back for a refund and bought an exceptional one for just a little more money.
