Actually it shows there is no warranty and there is a 90 day return policy. If you've had them for longer than 90 days, I guess you are in the same boat as I am in.....look for some paint. Seems like a lot of money to pay out to have them turn yellow....I've had right at 90 days and its quite frustrating.

You could paint them, In my case if I were you, I return them for exchange, I think they have one year of warranty, so do it before it expire.

Answer:
What do you mean by roll up doors? If you mean your standard panel garage door that lifts, then yes. If you mean doors that roll up like a roller shade (is that even a thing?) then no, because the faux window panels are rigid.

Answer:
The Decorative Faux Windows are not designed to work with roll up doors. The panels are rigid and do not flex.

Size of my door as per ordering windows

This question is from White Decorative Faux Window (2 per Pack)

I have a 9' single garage door with four 'panels' across, each measuring 23" wide with 3" between, 16.5 high for each with an inset of 12". The product specs show 45 wide, the panels on mine for 2 would measure 49, so I am having trouble w/the math to get them positioned correctly to have a smooth result.

Is the 45" product width each window or a combination of the 2? Since we are shooting for the carriage door appearance 3 panels would definitely dispel the illusion.

Advise?

Answer:
Yes, very possible. The majority of newer garage doors are relatively standard in total size whether it is a single or double door. Your door is 108" wide. Simply place the new faux panels side by side and space them accordingly to allow for equal distance between them and at the right and left side of your door. Use tape to keep them in place as this step is for layout purposes only. If it looks right Read More

Simply place the new faux panels side by side and space them accordingly to allow for equal distance between them and at the right and left side of your door. Use tape to keep them in place as this step is for layout purposes only. If it looks right to you then attach the panels permanently. If it doesn't, pack them up and return them. Home Depot has a very liberal return policy. Just make sure you do it within the allowable time frame. And you don't have to ship them back, you can just bring them to your local store. Read Less

Answer:
All of the metal garage doors no matter whats the size are divided by sections (rectangles divided by two squares), one window fit two squares together (one rectangle), so If your garage door have four rectangles (two squares inside that rectangle) you will need four windows. Do not worry about the size, it is standard. Just cut the rectangles, it fit perfect.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 82 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great...at first These looked great when first installed... lots of compliments. Then after a few short months, and conveniently after the 90 day return policy - I started noticing them turning yellow. Unfortunately I did not read reviews before buying - as this was an impulse buy at the store. But seems that they ALL turn yellow. Once this happens, they make your doors look odd and the windows look fake. Very disappointed with this product. August 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very nice!! My old white garage door needed some curb appeal, so I painted it red to match my new front door. (By the way, I took some touch up paint given to me by the door manufacturer and Home Depot matched it so that the paint I purchased for the garage door was a perfect match to the front door!) The newly painted garage door looked beautiful, but still needed something. I saw these windows on Home Depot's web site and decided to try them. I painted them red to match the door. Easy to install and they look great!!!!!! I also purchased the carriage door hardware. I spent around $150.00 in all for a classy new garage door. Very pleased and proud. September 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Instant curb appeal The faux windows updated the look of my garage and gave my home instant curb appeal. Adding the faux windows and hardware totally changed the entire appearance of my home. Love it! LF June 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Garage Door Makeover! My wife and I just recently purchased a new house. She really wanted a garage door with windows, and some hardware to dress it up. We thought about purchasing a new garage door. The price of a new 16' garage door was absurd. The garage door we have is brand new. It just doesn't have the windows my wife wanted. I found these and decided to give them a try. When the windows arrived, I was absolutely shocked at how real they looked. Now that I’ve installed them, I can't tell the difference between these and the real windows on my neighbor’s garage. I installed the windows and hardware in under an hour. I still smile every time I pull up to my house, because of how gorgeous the garage looks, it changes the whole look of the house. This is a high quality product, it’s very easy to install, and we couldn't be happier. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to freshen up their garage doors or just adding curb appeal. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Yellowed edges!? Finally got these today, was so excited to install them, and 3 out of 4 of them all had yellowed edges to some degree. Completely unacceptable on a white door. Have to return them. Hopefully quality control will look at the new ones they send me?? October 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love my "NEW" garage doors!!! We decided to add faux windows to our garage doors to give our garage a facelift! May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Beautiful. Looks like the expensive garage doors ! September 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good but turned yellow Easy to install and looks really good. Also added hardware. Can tell they are fake up close but still improves the look of plain garage doors. Only downfall, after 3 months, most of our 3 sets we purchased turned yellow. Not sure if due to sunlight but very noticeable against our white doors. Customer service sent a gift card to buy paint. Didn't really want to paint them after 3 months and $300 spent on them. Tedious paint job but look nice again after 2 coats of white paint. August 24, 2016
