Spray only when the air is still. Allow spray to dissipate before occupying the treated area. Repeat as necessary, but no more than once per day.

Answer:
No, this fogger is perfectly safe for humans when applied according to the directions on the can. They tell you to fog up-wind so that you don't get it in your eyes though since it is a strong irritant.
Do not spray the contents in front of any human or animal's face!
Do not inhale the contents directly!
Follow the manufacturers directions on the can.

Thank you Liz for your question. With small kids around, I always read the warnings on the the container. I wouldn't spray in the house because it's not designed to be an indoor product. But outside is fine. It makes playing outside more fun !

I've been using this product for several years around my kids and grandkids. It has a pleasant smell; and doesn't affect anyone unless you are directly in the spray or take a deep breath of the mist as it disperses.

Answer:
Did you have your windows open when you sprayed? You should not inhale the spray while applying, but residual odor is ok. Ventilate with fans and call the Cutter first aid hotline at 1-800-633-2873 with further questions.

It will settle quickly. But is better to spray shortly before the party. I find that using it about every four hours keeps the mosquitos away well.

Walk around the yard and fog the bushes about an hour before your party. That ought to do. I'd use some citronella candles and/or torches if it's a night time party to help with the mosquitoes that live out of range...

I sprayed about 2 hours before the party, but if you follow the directions for application, I would say you can have your party 30 minutes after fogging.

We keep our animals away when we spray, but after it settles, we have seen no ill effects. They lay on the carpet on our porch, and we have noticed there are no fleas or ticks on them. Might serve a dual purpose.

I have two dogs, a german shepard and a border collie/black lab that regularly run in the backyard where I fogged. Just keep them off the lawn for an hour or two to be safe. And don't let them eat the grass until the next rain within 24 hours.

Yes, as long pets are inside while you spray and out of the treatment area until the spray has dried completely on treated vegetation/surfaces.
