I was pleased that this showerhead became available just at the time we needed to acquire two showerheads for our home. The display is water powered and easy to read due to both the color coding and numerical digits. The six spray patterns should be sufficient for most situations. The shower head is very easy to install.
One potential improvement to consider would be to have the temperature readout pivot so it is easier to view from the door side before getting in the shower. The 6 spray pattern settings are more then sufficient for our needs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ed Shower Head with Digital Temperature Display and 3-Color Temperature Ranges
This shower head has various spray patterns and flow rates. The big feature is the LCD water temperature display with blue (cold), magenta (medium), and red (hot 110 F) LED illumination. The water flow powers the electronics. The blue and red LEDs are both on in the middle range, making the magenta color.
Instead of a usual $15 shower head, I bought this $60 marvel. It is very interesting. You might want to wait for a sale or buy this as a special gift!

This is a new and different showerhead for me. I like that it shows the temperature and different colors for different zones of temperature. There is a knob on the side that allows different, adjustable sprays. It was very easy to install, just screw it on. * I always use plumbers tape.* Not even 1 minute to put it on! I was surprised at how lightweight it is.
It's also water saving so that is a BIG selling point for me!
I sometimes have my elderly parents and young niece and nephew stay over so I feel better having the temperature of the water displayed for them. It was hard to capture in the pictures but the temperature readout is very clear/dark in person and the colors are dark & rich.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Baze Great showerhead, very helpful
Love this showerhead - it is installed in my primary bathroom and I use it every morning. The installation was very easy - just some plumbers tape, took less than 5 minutes. I like the look of it and I especially like how you can flip the water patterns with a knob instead of turning the showerhead (which I find annoying).
But the best selling point is the temperature display - not only does it display the temperature, but it also changes colors to show you how hot the water is, which is very helpful (red is hot, blue is cold, purple mild). Overall a great product, would highly recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Victor Something different than a regular showerhead
If you want the water in your shower to be at your desired temperature every time, this is the way to go. You get a real-time temperature of your shower. The good thing is you do not need any battery to operate this. The installation is fairly simple and took less than 5 minutes. The led changes color with the temperature ranges. There is a push knob on the side of the shower which you can click to give different spray patterns depending upon your need. I have moderate water pressure at my place and it does really well for all spray patterns. It also saves more water than the regular shower-heads. Overall a must have if you are bored with the regular shower-heads. A definite eye-catcher for the guests.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Camano No more scalding in the shower
This shower head is large and made of plastic with a good quality finish. Installation was simple - unscrew the old head and screw on the new one.
There are 6 spray patterns - two with low velocity, two with high velocity, and two with massage. Different spray holes are used for the different patterns. Patterns are changed with a lever that toggles the patterns in sequence.
The temperature display is easy to read and I like the color coding. Red is "too hot" - 110 degrees or over.
I'm still trying out the spray patterns and water adjustment to find the perfect setting. I like soaping with the low velocity setting and rinsing with high velocity. I'm not a big fan of shower massages but this one works fine.
I do have hard water, so I'm hoping that the "wipe-off" rubber openings work as advertised to remove mineral buildup.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AussieLady RIGHT WATER TEMPERATURE EVERY TIME!
This shower head is quite different to any others I have seen on the market because you can actually see the temperature of the water before you step into the shower!
It was a very quick and easy install only requiring the unscrewing of the old shower head, wrapping a little plumber's tape around the thread of the shower arm, and screwing on this new Delta shower head. Then you just turn on the hot and cold water until the digital temperature readout screen lights up. If the water is very hot, the readout screen changes to the color red. Cooler water is indicated by pink and purple. As well as the color indicator, the actual temperature of the water appears in the digital display. All you have to do is get your water temperature exactly where you want it the first time around, and next time just look for the color and digital readout before jumping under the water and it will be perfectly comfortable every shower! Just note that if the water pressure isn't very strong, the digital display will not come on as the LED is powered by the water pressure through the shower head.
As well as the digital temperature indicator, this shower nozzle has six settings that are very easily changed just be flipping a little lever on the side of the shower head. No messing around with trying to rotate the shower head to change the water pattern as is the case with many other shower heads. This one is way easier than that! The shower head is a highly polished chrome color, which is quite attractive, but I would have preferred a brushed nickel if it was available.
Finally, this shower head is also a water saver but the pressure is still great.
