Can these be used to support a wooden bed frame?

Can't find a decent bed frame bracket for my bedframe near me and these look almost identical to the ones I have.

Are these galvanized zinc plated braces?? Will they hold up to the corrosiveness of pressure treated lumber??

Asked by: CuntryBoy
Hi CountryBoy, these are zinc plated, so don't use these. You will need to use galvanized plated corner brackets to stand up to the elements of pressure treated lumber and weather.

Where are the locations of the center holes from the edges of the Lbracket.

What are the locations of the holes?
Asked by: turk
Since the holes are staggered, there are different measurements for distance from center of hole to edge of bracket. The holes closest to the bend are .31 in. from the edge and the other hole is .37 in. from the front edge of the bracket. The manufacturer may be able to provide an illustration.

Customer Reviews

2-1/2 in. Zinc-Plated Double-Wide Corner Brace (2-Pack) is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Hardware The plated brackes are perfect for many various jobs. The screws that come with the bracket are fairly hard and would be fairly hard to strip out. They're not cheaply made like a lot of other products on the market.
