Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BunnyBunBun Great product but watch out for the ones with seam in the middle
I purchased 6 of these to make panels for my large windows, they're an excellent low cost alternative to curtains. I'm pretty satisfied with the quality and look of them, but one did have a noticeable seam in the middle from having two pieces sewed together. Considering the cheap price (I was able to get some of the 2-packs before they were discontinued) i'm not going to complain too much. Based on other reviews this products seems to be a pretty popular buy for DIY's. If HD has any inkling on what customers are using this product for nowadays, it'd be nice if they no longer sold these random onesies.

I washed the cotton drop cloths and sewed new covers for our patio furniture cushions. Came out great!

Very useful product. Can use them to cover items or as a curtain. They can be used to paint a backdrop. They are awesome.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by CraftyPants Not great for making curtains
I hate to give these a negative review because they are probably just fine as actual drop cloths, but they aren't great for making curtains (or really using them for any project where you'd need a solid piece of fabric without seams). There are thick seams running through some of them, they have a very strong odor, and one had a giant snag in it upon opening it. I will try a different brand next time. With the inconsistencies in quality, I wouldn't rate it very highly even as a drop cloth.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by JJCW Every piece is different
Do not buy this drop cloth if you need the entire 6x9 as one piece without any seam. I bought four of these. Two of them were sewed together using two 4.5x6s, one was formed by two 3x9s, only one was a single piece without seam. The thickness and quality of the material are also different.
The new drop cloths have an awful smell, and they left a thin layer of "dust" on the floor where I opened the wrappers they came with. After I washed and dried the drop cloths, there was a thick layer of lint on my dryer vent cover.
Blue Hawk sold in Lowe's has much better quality.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rachel Check them before you take them home
I bought two drop cloths for curtains- if you're using them as drop cloths, they're an excellent deal! But for any kind of decorative craft, they need to be checked for seams. I made the mistake of taking them out of the package, throwing them directly into the wash without inspecting them and throwing out the packaging and receipt. One of them has a huge seem right in the center of the cloth, and the other has a horizontal and vertical seam with an area that's almost puckered like smocking. They're totally un-useable for any kind of craft, but great for the intended purpose of a drop cloth. If you're looking for a solid piece of material, check it in the store parking lot before you take it home, otherwise you could end up with an absolute mess.
