Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Strong, watertight, lightweight, good hardware, professional look I have three of these tool boxes now. They are the perfect tool box. They are rugged, you can stand on it, throw it in your truck and let it bang around, or leave it out in the rain overnight without worrying about your tools. The hardware on it is very sturdy (actually a bit difficult to open sometimes). There is no gimmicky parts boxes that can get damaged, it is just a good old fashioned tool box. I also like the professional look when showing up to jobs. I can fit just about everything I need to perform basic carpentry in three tool boxes, which gives a very uniform look for customers. One for drills, skill saw, router, etc. One for hand tools, and one for parts, hardware, consumables, etc. These are great boxes. April 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by tough This toolbox is the toughest I've ever owned. I've had two of them for about two years and they can take anything; you can fill these with bricks and the handle wont break. i like the waterproof seal as i work in the mountains and can lock these to the back of my truck, even if its raining. Stanley just needs to make bigger and smaller ones now. December 5, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So much storage room Rides in the back of my truck no clanging of a metal box. I like the water seal, seems to be very sturdy and a great value. November 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best tool box I had yet!! Very strong , light weight, and the price was great! January 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great box I got this box as an upgrade because I was sick of my tools being bundled in a soft bag and I don't have enough tools for a rolling cabinet yet. It holds all of my mechanic tools and I can now organize my tools and not worry about them falling out of order. It is rated at max capacity of 50 lbs but I stuff that thing about 10lbs over that and the handle is still on it. The tray is just the right size to hold some ratchets and screw drivers. Overall definitely worth the price. August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Tool Box Great tool box. I am using it for all my cordless tools. My dewalt bag was getting old so i purchased another one of these boxes since the other one I have has had zero issues. Fits circular saw, (3) batteries, (2) chargers, impact drill, drill, sawzall, sawzall blades, flashlight, and drill bits. Very spacious box I'd recommend this to anyone. December 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Handle broke early on I think it was a fluke but a chunk of the plastic that holds the handle in broke out while carrying it. Handle stayed in my hand and box fell. Found the little 3/4" chunk and looked at it. Looked like a bunch of small air bubbles were in the area that it broke off, probably when it was being formed at the factory. Weak area around handle, obviously. I had to take a 3/8" bolt long enough to go through the underside of box top and handle itself and drill out a hole for it to go through. Then used 2 washers, the bolt and a nut to go through the hole and fixed it stronger than new. If they had done that in the first place that would not have happened and it was not easy to do with the space and angle provided in the box, but I had had it long enough that I couldn't return it. Otherwise, it is sturdy, clamps down easily and seals well. Big box and you can take out or move from right to left the shelf in the upper portion. However, I also bought the DEWALT Model # DWST24070 and like it much better. The same money and wish I had 2 of them instead. But I bought it and overall it is a pretty good box....2 stars off for handle problem for me. October 7, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by okay box latch on the right side doesnt always close easily, it slides to the left and gets obstructed from closing, solution = slide it to the right before closing September 30, 2014
