Terrible product. Spent hours painting ceiling and a week later taped ceiling to paint walls. When removing tape, took layers of ceiling paint off! Like I don't have enough work to do. I have to repaint the ceiling to correct the peeled off paint! Thanks for the double work. This happened with multisurface and delicate (Green and yellow). If you are going to boast about a no bleed-through product, be sure it doesn't rip off the paint beneath.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by jaybee competitively priced, easy to use, convenient
Competitively priced compared with similar products (read 3M). I've used both and Frog tape works equally well. The advantage is in being able to use the Yellow version 24 hours after paint application. Normal wait time is 48-72 hours.
Can't say that it's significantly easier to use than either Green or other masking tapes. However, the paint block does give it a significant advantage over others (except Green, of course). Adheres well to surfaces, even textured ones.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by kathicake wonderful results
I was doing several different layouts, and due to my eagerness only allowed a couple of hours in between each paint color. The FrogTape, delicate surface tape was able to keep up with me. Granted I was in a hurry and really didn't want to wait, people kept telling me to let the paint cure.
A few hours, to me was long enough. The delicate surface was true to it's word and did not remove any fresh paint. I absolutely love it. Currently my paint closet has 7 different rolls of frogtape. My only request, I would love to have a thinner roll, in order to make it look like pinstriping. Wouldn't that be awesome?

I was really excited about using this and spent the few extra pounds on it. I spent ages lining it up right on my sons bedroom walls and peeled away two days after only to find that it pulled away large amounts of paint with it. I was very disappointed and I am having to go round again and redo the paint near the edges, I haven't got a clean finish because I'm doing it by hand. I might as well have saved the money and not bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Grant Watercolor artist uses it for paintings
I have been using Frog Tape for some time when my watercolor paintings require straight edges. For instance when I paint a building, I will mask it out and put in the sky with a nice flowing method, without having to be careful of the intersection with the building. Also when painting a railing with vertical pickets or a picket fence, I cut strips and mask off the pickets to get a consistent background behind. It is very gentle with the finish on my watercolor paper, which is important if you want to overpaint the area that was taped off.
I would like to see narrower widths, 1/2 inch or even 1/4, so you get the sealing edge, you don't get when you cut strips.
Love your product.
