Product Overview

The G-Floor Cover and Protector is manufactured from tough, specially formulated polyvinyl that is resistant to most contaminants commonly found in garage and work environments. It helps prevent concrete deterioration, hides cracks and stains, prevents new stains and creates a moisture barrier. Easy to install, just roll it out and trim if needed. Use one mat for single area protection or multiple mats to provide wall to wall coverage. G-Floor is 100% high quality polyvinyl, not layered with filler material that can crack, split, peel and deteriorate. Tough enough to be used in the garage, attractive enough to be used anywhere; basements, laundry rooms, trailers, vehicles, workshops, warehouses, exercise rooms, offices and utility rooms.

can I overlap 2 of these? My garage is 11 ft wide so I would use 2 that are 7 1/2 wide and overlap.

Answer:
You can overlap them or you can easily cut them to fit with a razor blade. If you decide to trim them, there is a decent reinforced tape you can buy that installs under the seam to hold the pieces together. You're going to have a 4' overlap, so that's a lot of material that you might be able to use somewhere else.

My old floor mat had channels that directed the water to drain out of garage. Where does the water go with the circles?

Answer:
I am assuming that the existing floor of your garage is pitched so the water directed into the channels of your old mat flowed through the channels and out of the garage. The circles on the new mats are raised and about 3/8' apart. My best guess is the water would flow through the space between the circles and out of your garage.

My existing garage floor is flat and does not pitch. The water does not flow out of my garage but rather collects on top of the mat. So I bought a sponge map, wipe up the water from the mat and dispose of it in my yard.

I want a good waterproof deck covering. It would have stationary furniture on it and it would be exposed to weather of all kinds.

Answer:
I installed mine indoors, in my garage. I don't think the furniture would be a problem as I drive on mine. I would check with the product manufacture before installing it outside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good solution for Apoxy Floor in Garage Our custom built home included an epoxy floor in our large garage. When it peeled repeatedly, especially where our 2 cars were parked, our builder striped off the original surface and redid everything. We didn't want to jeopardize the new floor again, so we started shopping for floor protectors. Love our selection. Glad we opted for "commercial grade". It took 2 of us to roll out each mat so it was straight and properly positioned under each car. It has not moved and did not require tape. Has upscale look and has protected floor from water and stains (as well as peeling). Easy to sweep and wash off. Seemed pricey but glad we didn't compromise. Delivery was sooner than expected too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and good looking I ordered the floor cover for stair landings in a small commercial building to cover several vinyl tiles that started to pop up, and it worked great. Material looks durable and the gray color is nice. It's dark enough to hide shoe marks and heavy enough that I could use tape for vinyl floors to keep it in place. No adhesive was needed. Installation is easy. All I used is a utility knife. I would buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, Great Results I would give this product two thumbs up. It was super easy to install and works great in our garage under our cars to ease the pain of tire marks on our newly painted garage floor. We have shared the information on this product with our friends who were looking for something for their garage also. It keeps our garage so nice and clean.

The G-Floor came in a well-protected 92 lb roll which I had delivered to the entry of my garage where a newly-replaced concrete floor awaited. I single-handedly maneuvered the roll so it would open up square to my entry, opened it up and rolled it out. The temperature was in the low 50s so I duct-taped the front of the G-Floor to the garage floor and weighted down the far end for a few days after which the G-Floor laid pretty flat. I did the same for another G-Floor in my two car garage. A few days later I purchased the edge trim product from Best Buy, cut it to 7.5' lengths with my branch trimmer and easily attached it which added a nice "finished" look. I did park my soon-to-be-gone 20 year-old oil-leaking sedan overnight on the G-Floor which which resulted in oil leakage which wiped up but left the G-Floor with a little yellowish stain. I just looked for the stain now, two weeks later, and couldn't really find it. So I'm pretty pleased with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pricey but excellent . Although a bit pricey, it's heavy duty and was very easy to install. It looks great on the garage floor. I ordered the edging but returned it as the mat laid perfectly flat.
